Report
We use formulations that include both a fast-acting, short-lived ingredient to knockout flying insects, and a more persistent ingredient that kills insects that are in the nest or that are returning to the nest after foraging for food. Particularly in late summer when yellowjackets change from an insect based diet to a carbohydrate rich diet, it's important to eliminate all food sources (e.g., open garbage cans, pet foods). Water sources around the yard may also attract yellowjackets during hot, drought-stricken periods.
Wildlife
Report
Rhode Island's natural splendor provides excellent habitat for a wide range of wonderful creatures - skunks, raccoons, squirrels and those kinds of things. But when the wildlife crosses over into our personal space, they lose their charm. We help maintain the boundary between the indoor and and outdoor environments by trapping and relocating wildlife that gets a little too close for comfort, or safety. Sometimes these animals make their own little entrances so in many cases we can also offer the necessary handyman services to close these.
Inspections
Report
We are a valued resource for realtors and home buyers who need confidence that the home they're about to buy is structurally sound and free from termite and other insect damage. With almost 30 years of experience, our inspectors know the difference between evidence of termites, carpenter ants, or just plain rotten wood. We take pride in providing a complete, honest and accurate report so that both buyer and seller know the true condition of the home.

Beware of this business owner: He flirts with postal service regulations and postal safety measures by visiting neighborhoods and leaving his solicitations on people's outgoing mailbox flag. His solicitation consists of a hanging mechanism that he attaches to the outgoing postal flag and thereby affixes to the side of one's postbox. See photo.
The business owner &/or his representative went out of his way to manipulate our outgoing flag and apparently jam his solicitation onto it -- It took some effort to dislodge the item without actually tearing it off. Your flag could easily be left in the neutral position, rather than in the up position: The unfortunate result is that your outgoing mail might never be picked up because of this rogue business's savage marketing scheme; and, the solicitation is affixed such that it obstructs the postal box/house number from clear view. P.S.
Any attempt to contact the business owner to address the matter of postbox tampering is futile: Try calling the business number and you get a robotic message that blurts out the effect of, "All calls to this number go to voice mail. Leave a message."

Currently have a mice issue and was basically told there's no way to keep them out of the attic but that was after I already I paid for the services. Was truly a waste of money. I could of done what has been done myself. Maybe he wasn't the right one to call for my pest situation. Also, maybe there's only one employee and I didn't get in touch with anyone until after I left 2 voice messages. Tom is a great guy but the service itself, I would not recommend for mice.

Terric service provided by Tom at Coventry Pest Control. We were very pleased, 1) to have the phone answered by the business owner, who answered all of our questions in a very professional fashion, without sounding annoyed or condescending, but actually happy to have our business, and. 2) with the service provided when Tom showed up at the house. There when he promised, pleasant to speak to while he was in the house, got the job done, and guaranteed his work. No up-selling, just told us what problems we had, and how he was going to deal with them. We would definately recommend Coventry Pest Control.

I contacted Tom at Coventry Pest Control about a year ago after many frustrating experiences with Orkin. Tom was a breath of fresh air! He takes the time to understand the situation and attack the problem strategically as opposed to the scheduled visits I was forced to have with Orkin (including visits to treat ants in the dead of winter.smart.). Tom is personable, honest, and most importantly his work is extremely effective! We did not have ONE ANT last summer after signing up for his program, and I fully intend on sticking with him!
