Kilter Termite and Pest Control

Kilter is amazing! We had seen a few ants here and there in the house and were planning to call, but for whatever silly reason, we waited. I came home one evening to find our living room COVERED in ants. I mean covered. My son left food on the floor and they descended on it. In a straight panic, I called Kilter. They came out the very next morning right when they said they would.

Our tech was amazing. He was very thorough and walked the entire property to see what other issues we had. We live in an area with a ton of insects and various bugs, so there were a lot. The tech was very clear on the instructions and did an excellent job. We haven't seen anything except butterflies outside since he sprayed. The follow up was also great.

Someone came back out to make sure everything was handled and we were not having any more issues. Kilter was fast, friendly and most importantly- effective. My kids are enjoying playing outside again without the fear of spider bites. I am going to sign up for their quarterly service since the area around here is so prone to pests. Thank you Kilter!

Christian and Julio completed repairs to the eaves and support post where termites had chewed holes in the wood. They did a thorough and very professional job, including painting over the repairs with paint I provided. They were courteous and worked very efficiently, while being careful with my property. They cleaned up after finishing the job. I am very pleased with the job they did!

Best service ever by a technician named Dillan! Very professional! Dillan spent at least 3 hours at my large property and home fully addressing all of my concerns from spiders, ants, cockroach's, crickets to even bees, mosquitoes and rodents! Dillan was so amazingly knowledgeable in every aspect of all the "critters" we have encountered on our property. Dillan worked every second while here cleaning up messes from "old webs to old hornets nests, then sprayed every nook and cranny as I watched.

He informed me all about the "why and when" critters were the worst and how to manage that problem. And he was so very friendly and kind at all times. I felt extremely comfortable following him, exchanging information and learning from him. Awesome experience! I personally would like only Dillan to be our on-going technician to all of our properties from this point on. So 5 STARS to Dillan! Well deserved!

We had quite a bit of termite and dry rot damage. Vince made a thorough inspection and showed us what needed to be replaced after the kilter treatment. He made us feel very comfortable because he recommended only replacing what needed replacing and repairing the wood that had little damage. Chris and Casey worked really hard and did excellent work.

They made the replaced wood and the repaired wood blend seamlessly. We had a 10-in x 12-in 20-ft beam supporting the front porch roof on two posts p and set into the stucco wall. They replaced the beam and both posts resetting the beam into the stucco wall. You cannot tell that any repair work was done. They kept their workspace neat and cleaned up everything completely. We would heartily recommend them to anyone needing termite or dry rot repair work done.

I happened to stumble on a Kilter vehicle in my neighborhood and called to sign up. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other national brands and service is wonderful as they're smaller than them. I had my property serviced by Rodney D. and he was very kind and professional. He showed me areas around the house where there were some potential problems such as areas where wasps or spiders would lay eggs and showed me how I can maintain my house to prevent problems before they start.

He also took extra care to spray areas where pest problems could be more prominent to ensure I have little need to deal with them myself until the next spray. Overall, it's a fantastic service and I have already recommended their service to 2 colleagues.

Our new condo got invaded by subterranean termites, like 30 hanging out on the spare bedroom windowsill. Gross! I saw this because I was going to start painting the walls! What are these two little greasy looking spots on the wall? Hope they don't need primer. Touch them. Finger goes through the wall. Termites everywhere. Gross. Property management sends out John from Kilter on Friday morning.

He delivers the bad news: Gotta drill your foundation. Then the good news: We can do it tomorrow between 1-4. Ok.
Kilter does not run on cable guy time. Hector was at our door at 1 sharp. He pulled up the carpet, drilled, treated, filled, and put the carpet back. He even patched the holes in the wall for me. Nice. All done in 2 hours. Couldn't even tell he was there except for having to vacuum. Oh, and not having termites. Don't know what it cost, but I was impressed with the service for sure!

I have used Kilter as long as I have been in my home (5+ years) and have had nothing but the BEST service!! All of the office staff are very kind and helpful. I would not take a chance with another service. We have a lot of pets around our home and the service technicians are always careful and respectful of our property. They go above and beyond to keep my house rid of any type of pest. If you read this and are considering using Kilter, It's a huge thumbs up!
