We have known the owner of Spott for many years. We started in Austin and then continued to use them when we moved to the Houston area over five years ago. Their prices are very competitive and the service is great. It's been a pleasure to be one of their clients for almost 10 years.

I have such great results with Spotts Pest Prevention. They come out and take care of the outside regularly and when I need them to take care of the inside, they always accommodate quickly. I can get an appointment within the week which is really nice. My daughter is allergic to ants so having a pest service is a must for my home. I have been with them for several years now and have no desire to switch to a new company!

Cannot rate this company high enough. We were becoming human sacrifices to mosquitoes, not able to enjoy our yard and the beautiful spring Austin had. I got a door knob ad from Spott, called that very day, and they came out to visit with us within two days. Our treatment was comprehensive, complete, and effective. After the first treatment, the results were remarkable!

Spott has been worth every penny. We had major ant problem upon move in. Tried for a year to handle it ourselves and then found Spott. What a great investment! Very reasonable pricing and always available if you need an extra visit. We are now starting our third year with them. NO ants, spiders, and they even spray the eves for wasps and hornets. I also feel better knowing that they use all natural materials to deter the pests.

I have a three year old that likes to dig in everything. When we have our quarterly visits, we are greeted at the door and they quickly go about business and listen to our needs if any. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Spott Prevention. Daniel has come out a few times to my house and has always been very courteous and very attentive to our concerns and needs. I needed to reschedule last week because I wasn't able to meet him at my house because I wanted the inside treated along with the outside and he was very accommodating and showed up as promised today!

I have been using Spott Pest prevention for over a year now and have found them to be responsive and willing to go and do the extra things that make for a real good feeling about pest control. I just had a regularly scheduled visit from Ryan, who was the tech that treated all the areas 3 months earlier that were potential trouble sources for bugs. He asked if I had seen any critters or had any problems since his last visit, and I was able to say I had not had a single problem. I would recommend these folks to everyone.

We've been using Spott Pest Prevention for just over a year and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are always very friendly and helpful, in person and on the phone, and their prices are reasonable. I hate bugs in my house and since the first treatment by Spott I have hardly seen any, and most of them that we do see are dead. They will come out and retreat any areas for free if you do find you have some unwanted guests.

Spott has been very punctual for the past several years that I have been using them, but more importantly the technician is very detailed in treating all the areas. When asked, he explains the product, and he applies them to specific areas, which is important living next to a wooded area. Their service is as reliable as their customer service. If there is an issue, they will bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.
