They have always been responsive to all my needs. Since starting with this company many years ago, we have had no problem with pests. All companies should take a lesson from Vertex in customer service.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Vertex. I initially contacted Vertex due to an ant problem. They quickly put an end to that issue. John Farris has been taking care of our house for quite some time now and not only does he do a great job, but he's thorough, professional and friendly. He always checks in to see what pest problems we are having so he can tackle the issue. I am so impressed and thankful for such great service.

Vertex is a very hands on service provider. I can call and ask to move my dates, ask for advice on what to do at a back yard party during BEE season. But the one thing they have done for me is eliminated my CRICKETS. They were coming up through the drain in the sink, a thing crack in the garage and any other place you can put a pin through. They explained the process, triple sprayed (3 days in a row), called the next day to follow up. I even know some of the technicians names! Switch now, they are less than the big boys with hands on service. Save a few $ and get great service

Vertex Pest Solutions has never let us down! They are extremely polite, always on time, very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to explain what the problem consists of, the way in which they are going to handle it and the "what to expect" aspect of it as well. You know they've been at this long enough and feel like you're in good hands.

Their staff cuts straight to the chase with no b.s. and I can certainly appreciate that. Unlike what happens with other Pest Control Companies, they are just there to get the job done and they don't try to tie you up to any long-term commitment that are good for their pockets but definitely not for yours. They got rid of termites in my backyard and they even took care of bed-bugs for some tenants of ours during that little outbreak in 2010 and I couldn't' have been more satisfied with the end result on both jobs! They also helped us with mice in the garage and that problem was gone within 3 days!

Vertex is an excellent company! We recently hired them to take care of the pest issues at my work. The sales rep that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. All of the folks in the office are courteous and were able to answer my questions quickly. I'm confident that Vertex will keep our property pest free! I would recommend Vertex to all my friends and colleagues.

I've had these guys for years, maybe even a decade. They are good at their job and they charge a reasonable rate and best of all, I haven't had an ant in the house since I started with them.

We moved to our home a few years ago, and within a few months noticed tons of ants. They were everywhere- the pantry, kitchen, cupboards, garage, you name it! At least once a month we had a major infestation. We also had a rat/mouse problem. The rodent gnawed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage and made our garage his new home. Great.

I called Vertex from a referral and the tech came out and explained how to minimize the rodent probem by trimming bushes, fixing the hole, and then laid traps, etc. He also walked the perimeter of our home and yard and sprayed something. We have not had a rat, mouse, ant, wasp, black widow, or any other pest near our home since. That was over 4 years ago.

Whenever i notice a problem they come right away, and I figured the monthly service was the best way to maintain the situation. My wife is ecstatic- she hates ants, spiders, rats, and I guess I do too! Two thumbs up from this homeowner!

Ok, Ok, OK, . I just re-read a review that I wrote more then a year and a half ago. I was reminded today that this nicely written piece of frustration remained on Yelp! (I'm sorry Vertex)! YES. I was frustrated with my Vertex service in July of 2011. I did get a call back from Kurt (the owner) in regard to my un-answered messages and lack of service. Kurt not only cleared things up, but gave me his cell number on the chance I ever needed to reach him again in the future.

I am happy to say. I have NOT needed to call Kurt again. I also need to say that even considering my huge frustration back then, we have CONTINUED to be Vertex customers and have not had need to call them for any type of problem (or frustration). As I posted in my first post, our service technicians over the years have always been GREAT! Always friendly. never leaving gates open. and very thorough.

We know them by name and vice-versa. I appreciate Kurts personal involvement in handling this problem. to my obvious complete satisfation. Everyone has days that they don't perform their best. but Vertex FIXED it. and it has not happened again! I would recommend Vertex. they proved that if there is ever a problem. it will be dealt with, fixed, and not happen again. Thank you Vertex!

Although they ultimately got the job done to our satisfaction, we've had to use their 30-day guarantee that they'll come back to repeat the application if you're not satisfied. They're also not so prompt in meeting their promise of arrival time. Overall, we're satisfied with the job and with the price.
