Our technician Adam I believe was his name (he is from Michigan) is great. He always entertains all my questions and is very thorough applying the treatment. I do have to say their online support is horrible and we pay premium pricing but can't pay online is ridiculous. I try to pull up invoices and can never get logged in, the password resets never work.
The truth is that the company we actually contracted Daytons bought out and they had a great platform and I could pay online. I know this may sound petty but it's enough for me to consider changing companies just for that reason but right now it is not worth losing our technician. The moment that changes then we may go to a different company. I mean come on if you are unwilling to provide a simple online payment option to save a dollar it makes me wonder what else you will do to make $0.50 more cents. Again, tech is great Daytons brilliant penny pinchers not so much.

I can't review their quality or value yet because we just had our first service but everything else about their service was great. Derek even gave me some tips about handling bugs and wildlife while hiking and mountain biking since we are new to the area. We have ants in our house and he provides great insight on what the current ants were doing and what to expect over the next week. Great so far!
