The gentleman that came to our house (on a Saturday) to give us the estimate was FANTASTIC. Punctual, personable, knowledgeable and informative. We asked if they had availability to tent the house over Labor Day weekend and he said they did.we were sold. That's where the awesomeness ended! Bags were delivered two days after we were told they would be, and after 2 phone calls asking about them.
My questions about when the house was scheduled to be cleared was answered by an answering service and a completely unhelpful attendant. My calls and email were returned by a what seemed to be irritated man named Jimmy late Sunday evening. Long story longer.having your house tented for termites is a pain, and is very disruptive which is expected. All of this aggravation would have been avoided with a 15 second call or a short text with an update, or explaining that they are working with a skeleton crew but they will let me know what was going on when they knew. ******On Tuesday, after the office reopened, I was called by Jackie, I believe (so sorry if I'm wrong about her name) I was really impressed with her calling me, apologizing, trying to get clarification and explaining her side, all while never minimizing my concerns.
I really do appreciate that. I truly do understand she didn't have to make that phone call.money was paid and job was done, but she felt it necessary to reach out and try to make things right. That's impressive. Thank you!

Florida pest control center fumigated my home last week and everything came out excellent. Prior to the fumigation they came out drop off my bags did a thorough walk thru with me and explained the whole process of the fumigation. I got a call 15 mins prior to the tent going up and the day it was ready to go back home it was suppose to be 6pm but I was in by 4pm. They really went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Company could have been more open when they would returned. I was told after initial visit within 10 days, and it was more than 2 weeks. Not sure was it because I called several times that made them to return. Steve is nice person and knows his job. I do believe they took care of my problem. Price was better than others who were charging way too much.

They said they would get rid of the French bedbugs and they did. They used a combination of heat and spray and it worked! For you who travel, in south FL if you leave your bags in a hot place for a couple of days, like the boot of your car, before unpacking your big problem will be eliminated. If not call Florida Pest Control Center. They will do the job. We also had them for our house in NW Florida. They are insurance that bug problems are covered.

I only have GREAT things to say about this company, the owner, and his staff! My pest problem is under control thanks to Florida Pest Control! The owner explains everything, gives REALISTIC expectations, delivers, follows up, and has great "bug" jokes! His support staff are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough!
