John texted when he was on his way and arrived between the times stated on the quarterly service text. He also texted when he was finished outside to ask if we needed the inside of the house serviced. We didn't but it was a nice gesture. Couldn't ask for better service! Called to have a termite inspection and estimate done. Office staff was friendly and efficient. They were even able to send someone out the same day, which was great because other companies wouldn't even answer their phones or return the call as we called about 10 other companies before landing on their page. The technician was a few minutes late but called and let us know ahead of time, so kudos to that!
His inspection was detailed and the quote he gave us was about in the middle of two other quotes we received. They are local and have been in business for over 10 years so I figured they are reputable! So far I can say that I have a very good feeling about them we also signed up for pest control. Keep it up

They do it all for me. The entire staff is wonderful. We needed a CL100 for the sale of our home. They came quickly and got it done for us. We are very fortunate to have them as our service company! I was looking for a pest control company as I was having a lot of issues with my home, from wasps swarming my front porch, to a rat issue in my crawl space. I found Anchor Pest Management online and called to get some quotes. The lady that answered the phone, I believe her name is Deenna, was so polite and informative. She was able to answer most of my questions and the one that she was not she found the answer and called me back with in 5 min.
After calling around to other companies in the area, I called back to Anchor and set up an a pest control package that INCLUDED everything that I was having issues with PLUS MORE! I can not believe that I was able to get everything for such a low monthly cost. I have received my 1st service and the tech was just as wonderful as the office staff. Very friendly and on time, able to answer any question that i had and he even made my dog feel at ease having a stranger in my home. Anchor is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking a GREAT locally owned pest control I STRONGLY recommend Anchor Pest Management!

I highly recommend Anchor Pest Management! Karl, Dana and Dewayne are outstanding individuals, fast paced, caring and very reasonable with everything. Dana, got me on the schedule right away and Dewayne was very time efficient with everything. It was a pleasure working with them and I continue too do so. They're definitely on top of their game!

Anchor Pest Management was recommended by another pest control company for a termite inspection and treatment. Jennifer was the person we encountered setting up our first appointment. She has been very pleasant, professional and helpful in solving our termite problem. She assured me the technician she was send for the inspection, Robert, would be very thorough.
He was. Robert arrived for our inspection appointment promptly and ready to go to work. He explained each step and was, as Jennifer said he would be, thorough. After explaining the services his company offers and that Jennifer would contact us with a quote, he offered suggestions for things I could do to better secure our home from these pest. We were pleased with the quote Jennifer sent us and decided to contract them to treat our home. We have been happy with our decision to do business with Anchor Pest Management. We had an excellent experience for an intial treatment and then set up a yearly service to keep our home free of unwanted insects. From Jennifer in the office scheduling services to Rob our technician's local expertise on site, the Anchor's crew is friendly & effective in delivering professional pest services.
