We had an issue with a tenant who had some personal issues that eventually moved away. Thia left us with insects and mice that were everywhere. We called Bain and they sent Wayne and he explained what our options were. Took a few weeks but it's like it never happened. They were not the cheapest one out there but by far the most knowledgeable and flexible. They handle all of our properties know. Excellent work guys!

I went here for some bed bug spray for the tenant's apartment because the stuff they have is stronger than Home Depots. They have that spray and spray for roaches and other bugs and pests. It is a little high in price but if it only a minor infestation it is better than paying the price for a major infestation. Good service and good effective products.

I needed to identify a bug that had infested my apartment and was being neglected by the landlord. I had hard time finding a reliable company that is willing to do this knowing that it might no lead to a job since. They were very helpful and had experienced entomologists on board. Their diagnosis was confirmed also by another reliable company. I couldn't hire them or any other for that matter so I didn't talk money with them but I'd contact them gain if I needed a pest control company.

I have used Bain Pest Control service over the years for multiple pest repellent items. Including barriers for our business, inside to avoid any outside guests from coming in. The staff at Bain Pest Control has always been exceptional to work with while getting the results we have come to expect.
