I always recommend Royal Palm when anyone asks who they should use for pest control! Alex came out last week and was super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. When I called to set up services in my new residence, the lady I spoke with made sure I was taken care of fast. It can be difficult to find friendly people, so it's always super refreshing when you come across them. Alex comes quarterly to provide our pest control services, and he is professional, efficient, and effective. He worked diligently to help us handle any problem on our property, so our children could go back to enjoying playing outside! We switched to Royal Palms Pest Control and they provided prompt service with results at a reasonable price!

I would highly recommend this company. From the phone communication to the service people everyone is friendly and very competent. The owner Rafael came out to do our estimate and was very professional and kind. Our initial service was scheduled within one week and our technician Glenn did an outstanding job and was respectful of our home. He also wore PPE as we requested since we have a compromised family member in our home and was very understanding of our situation. We are very happy with our service and the results!

The staff at Royal Palm Pest is very polite and knowledgeable. My technician Alex was very respectful and honest. He has only been with the company 4 months. That didn't stop him from reaching out to another technician to make sure he did what was necessary to get rid of my ant problem. He found the nest and took care of it promptly. I would highly recommend this company for any pest or insect problems you may be having. You can feel they truly want to help resolve the problem, they are thorough, and the price was great. I purposely waited to review Royal Palm Pest Control until we experienced their services for three months. We initially had them come to our home to let us know the programs they have. Initial inspection, quarterly spraying and termite bond. Being from Minnesota we were a little freaked out by what isn't our "normal". From the first call to Royal Palm and the multiple representatives that came to our home we have received exceptional service.
Not only is our house free from pests, each team member took their time to explain every step of the process. Zero hidden fees. They are honest, knowledgeable and competitive in pricing. Started using them when I bought my first home in the area. Issue was immediately resolved never to return with quarterly treatment. Had had a termite bond, dry wood termite treatment, all completely effective. Professional staff that I can always trust are always on time and well dressed as well as courteous of your home and pets. Rafael the owner gives good advice in regards to what you need and has never let me down. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I am not a person who ever does a review but when Craig Goldberg from royal palm pest control came to spray our home I just had to express the true professionalism and kindness he showed. He was very thorough and did not leave a single area untreated. His personality is amazing and he makes you feel comfortable and part of his family. We have been with Royal Pest Control, since the day we moved to Florida. They do outstanding work. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and successfully addressed any problem we have had. The first service technician we had the pleasure of knowing was Scott. Such an all around wonderful tech. Now, our technician is Craig. Craig is equally as wonderful.
Any problem we have ever had was addressed by both men and handled immediately and if there are any problem in between our quarterly they will come right over. We were fortunate to have both techs to come in during our home inspection and they did a great job.
