Boston Exterminating has the rest beat hands down. They are prompt, always call ahead of time and always perform the service they promise and they do it very thoroughly. Our Specialist, John, is very courteous and always shows up on time.He is extremely helpful and we can always give him a call when we think our bait stations need refilling. We have seen a decrease in rat activity since we started using them.

The tech did a great job explaining the process to me today. He was very courteous, and took time to cover the areas of concern to me (hornets, wasps, spiders) He asked questions about my family ( young children, pets, asthma)to make sure our safety was a priority, I appreciate that. Thanks!

After another unit in my building was found to have Bed Bugs I needed to arrange an inspection. I emailed Boston Pest Control & Supply this morning and they were at my place the same day; within hours. The specialist was very knowledgeable and not only asked me questions about what was going on but was able to answer all of mine. He set me and my mind at ease immediately.

He said dealing with bed bugs wasn't pleasant but could be and their method could eliminate them w/o having to replace the mattress (apparently doing so is rare); these were some of my initial concerns. I would highly recommend Boston Pest Control & Supply.
