Benjamin Henson did an excellent job taking care of our mice problem. First he listened to our problem, then did a thorough inspection of our attic and basement, followed by an action plan. He was very good moving thru tight attic doors and was sure footed on the tall ladders. It has only been three days and I haven't heard any noise from them. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, and was happy to answer our questions. I would highly recommend him.

Chris, my technician, was polite, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He listened, asked questions, and explained what he planned on doing and acted with pre-emptive measures. Due to the rain, he offered to come back and scheduled a revisit for the end of the week to lay down the granular bait for my beds. Very impressed with his initiative.

I originally sent Benjamin away because I didn't feel like we needed the service during the winter, however after speaking with your representative & getting more of an explanation of what you guys do in the winter she had Benjamin come back. He was very polite & got right to the task at hand with no disruption to us. He also wanted to make sure we were happy with the service & understood what was being done.

Benjamin came when promised and was very courteous. He inspected all of the property, in the garage as well as the perimeter of the house. He did some spraying, too. Victor came to service our house. It was just before Thanksgiving and he was pretty new. It was obvious that he wanted to do a good and thorough job. And he did. I'm really glad that he will be coming to take care of my pest control needs. Especially because my wife is scared silly of bugs and mice! Victor is a 5-star performer!

We have had Croach for almost two years now and have been very pleased. They are always professional and quick to respond. Anytime we have needed them to come out for a service between normal quarterly services, they have sent someone out in a timely manner. Really love this company. I've never had a service that did so much! Our technician always does a thorough job. They clean all cobwebs and bug nests from the outside and spray the house for prevention. Inside the house they will spray for bugs and check for rodents inside and outside. Very good value for the money. Will continue to use them.

The technician Dylan Johnson was very professional and friendly. He's performed the pest control at my residence many times. Our Technician Josh was friendly and courteous. We had forgotten that he was coming a week ago and didn't leave the gate unlocked. But he took care of the front oh house and our full size porch. I figured oh well it is my fault, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call to say that he would come back and finish! I was very happy to hear that.

He arrived today timely and took care of the back and was very thorough! I have been quite pleased with Croach for the last year! We are so happy that we no longer have those icky spider webs all over the house and garage. Thanks to Croach and all the techs that have come to our home.

IMPRESSED! Scott was Friendly, Professional, Effective, Informative, Conversational, and Thorough. He made friends with my dogs which was an extra plus. After the treatment, which Scott explained all the steps clearly, I felt confident that what he was doing was going to be exactly what we needed. We have spiders which are tough to stay on top. of since we are at the lake, and cockroaches that were popping out in the house now and then.

He took care of all the webs, even 30 feet up on the outside windows. and poor guy, even went down the hill to the dock to take care of that. And all on a hot 85+ degree day. All with a smile and always taking the time to answer any of mine or my wife's questions. I will be requesting Scott to be our regular guy!

I have been super happy with the serve from Croach. The technicians are helpful and thorough. In between services I saw a mouse in my garage and they were out in two days taking care of the problem. My neighbors have ants, I told them that that was an issue and it wasn't for me. The price is competitive. So far they are win-win for me!

The inside staff was able to get someone out to me for an evaluation the next day, as I was leaving on a two week vacation but needed these crawly-critters gone, pronto! They are VERY accommodating. The technician Chelsea was aware of my back yard chickens and ensuring they are safe. Also, since my neighborhood has an infestation I am noticing a HUGE difference. I tried to handle this myself but it needed professional services. The pricing is amazing and it has already reduced the amount of infestation. I have been losing my bushes and lawn due to this. I am now in the process of rebuilding my front and back yard and Croach is assisting me with this by protecting my plants/grass/tree! THANK YOU!

We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say they're going to. Additionally, we've had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction.

After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. He was friendly, listened to our needs, and was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently! Thanks CJ!

We were dealing with a mouse problem so I called for my Aunt and scheduled. Our technician Mason was on time and listened to us and explained why we had the problem reassuring us that it wasn't something we did to cause the problem, he was very thorough and professional and we would definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and friends.

Cassie was awesome! First off she was right on time! Our initial evaluation took about an hour or so. Showed me pictures of everything she found and explained how extensive the damage is. I explained money was a bit of an issue right now and she explained that the upward cost was steep but would be able to work with us on a payment plan. Also was able to put me in contact with a contractor to help fix other issues that were related to our pest issue.

Very professional, knowledgeable and cared about providing the best service and experience she could. I look forward to working with Cassie and the Croach team in the future.

I was impressed by the presentation and was told the carpenter ants would be gone within a couple of days. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case (it took over a week). Including the contract would be for a few months. It appears their administration isn't aware of the presenters training. I did complain about the extension of the contract that I wasn't aware of.

Their admin is tricky about transitioning the subject which wore me down and the phone tags. I'm responsible for not reading the contract thoroughly. I should have read Yelp before making the finale decision; although, I also trusted Angie's list. After reading some of Yelps dissatisfaction the manager's reply offers a resolution which is not disclosed. I wouldn't trust this company's word read the contract!
