I was recommended to Certech by the agent who helped me purchase my home. The agent told me that Certech was reliable and could be trusted to give straight answers/opinions. I couldn't agree more based on my experience. I needed someone to take a look at some drywood termite damage. Justin, the owner, came out and took a look. Was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness.

I decided to have Certech do a full pest inspection (as the prior inspection I had done had missed certain things). Justin came out and did a thorough inspection of the property, gave me the full scope of treatment and repair options, and gave me his professional opinion on how we should proceed. Prices were extremely reasonable. I am the type of person who always has a lot of questions -- especially where (as here) I have little knowledge. Justin was extremely responsive and patient with all of my questions.

I will be using Certech for the treatment and repairs as well as having regular inspections done as a preventative. If you have pest problems (or are concerned you do), I highly recommend Certech.

Gareth just completed the project here in my home that required extensive surveilling over the course of the past month because of rats. He did an excellent, thorough job: wired up holes to block the rats reentry; bating and positioning traps and then coming by on a weekly basis to check the traps and dispose of any dead rats (2). The last visit, today, he helped educate how to prevent a reoccurrence. Highly recommended; and appreciate my neighbor's referral who also received excellent service from Gareth and Certech.

I highly recommend Colby from Certech. We have a newborn baby and a cat. We moved into a condo to have more room for the baby-and then found out that the place is great but had fleas from a previous tenant's pet. I comparison shopped, and Certech had a solid warranty and deal. We had a mixup and couldn't board our cat during the extermination appointment, and Colby kindly rescheduled after waiting for confirmation about the cat boarding.

Then he came again the following week. During the second visit-our newborn woke up from a nap-screaming and crying from wanting to sleep longer and was hungry.

Colby patiently waited for us to evacuate our home while we got baby and the place ready. He stood outside for a good half hour, and then told us that he understood that a baby changes things and not to worry about it.

Then we forgot something I needed, and ran back in. Colby later texted me confirmation that the process was complete, and that we had a 90 day warranty. Justin and Colby both assured us that our precious baby and pet would be safe after the pesticides dried. It was very important that the chemicals not harm our delicate human and fur babies! Thank you, Colby for your patience, kindness, and understanding.

I highly recommend Certech. We had a huge rat problem and the owner Justin personally came over to my house on a weekend and took care of it in just a few visits. Great service, great prices, very professional. Thank you!

Great customer service on the initial outreach. Owner answered all of my questions on the bird nest removal and the elimination of the bird mites. Quote for the job was very reasonable. The work done on the day of the job (which happened in a couple of days but could have been the next day) was exceptional. Extreme care was taken to make sure everything was done (and nothing was moving/living) and that I was satisfied with the work, which I was. Great job, Certech!!!

Justin or someone else on his team came several times to spray or put bait traps to get rid of our ant problem. They are caring and responsive to our needs.

No one wants to have to deal with rodents, but the people at Certech were great. They came to the house the day after I spoke with them, and returned once a week until we were certain that the problem was resolved. Their expertise in identifying and managing the problem was immediately apparent, and the courtesy of the staff both in the office and here at my home were exemplary.

The house I grew up in Always had tiny sugar ants marching around. especially in the rainy weather. Once, when I was 6, I even had one go in my ear! But this year has been the worst I can remember! My Mom literally was wiping down all the counters and crevices with Raid 3 xday! Well, she's got way more important things to spend her energy on than that!

I checked Yelp and started calling the better rated services. And I learned that the ones that sprayed only warranted for 30 days or even visit until after the rain! Not good enuf. PLUS there would be pesticide odor and you would have to leave your house for 4-6 hours (at least). Not a good thing. I'm SO glad I keep interviewing, because speaking with Justin at Certech, I was assured that not only was it a gel application with no odor, it was applied in areas that other animals couldn't access. PLUS Justin warranted the ant relief for 90 days! Right?! PLUS the price was competitive.

We scheduled and Justin himself showed, explained his process, and went to it. He was quiet and efficient, The Only thing I noticed out of place was and upside-down outlet plate! HA! (I get paid to notice small details.) Its been 2 months, and except for a couple of sluggish looking scouts the first few days, ANT FREE! Definitely will use Certech again when those soldiers start up again.

Hello Justin: I have had a terrible Spider problem for years and have used Terminix, Clark in the past. They were a bit sloppy and left a Nasty chemical smell for many hours. Certech is way better, more thorough and environmentally friendly. The Spiders are gone and you were very friendly and professional.
