EPM office staff as well as the technicians are top notch. Karen worked with me to come up with a pest treatment that fit my needs, not just selling me the highest priced program. She really listens and strives to satisfy. The technician that treated my house was very thorough and asked question to determine if there were any other pest problems. I would recommend them to anyone with a pest issue!

As always, Kyle and Environmental Pest Management provided top notch service. Kyle, our technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and timely when he completed our spring service. He made sure that he addressed all of our issues and concerns. He even went above and beyond and looked around our yard and treated any ant mounds he discovered.

EPM is awesome! I have used them for so long, I can't remember when we started using them. I use them for both my home and office.They (everyone in the company; inside and out of the office) are always professional, efficient and friendly! I don't know why anyone would use anyone else!

EPM techs came out the same day I made the call about wasps in the house. They identified the source in the attic and mitigated. Techs Kyle and Paul didn't pressure me to sign up for their maintenance plan, but we did--while we can maintain the lower perimeter of the house, the upper is out of reach. And wasps do NOT belong in an attic. Techs were friendly, professional, ready to answer questions and educate us (since I like to go to "worst case" scenarios, Kyle was able to tell me typical wasp behaviors).

I had Austin York as an exterminator and he did a wonderful job! He was very educated and passionate about his job. He taught my family things we will carry with us throughout life. Super thankful for Mr. York today!

I retained Environmental Pest Management to set termite traps on one of my properties-the installers were pleasant and efficient and the price was reasonable. After a couple years I confirmed via the bait traps that we did not have any evidence of termites so I requested they be removed. The gentleman that came to remove them was pleasant--I greeted him as I left the property-however I was quite surprised to discover the holes were not filled where the traps were removed.

The 30 plus holes that were left (unfilled with dirt) were approximately 4 inches by perhaps 6 inches--and having 2 German Shepherds with over 30 holes in the yard was not safe at all. It could have easily led to a broken leg or two. Due to my busy schedule I had to retain someone else to come and fill said holes. I share this as consumers need to be aware of this so they can be prepared for the aftermath.

I have worked with Environmental for many years and they have ALWAYS been responsive, professional, caring and respectful to just name a few things about them. They have treated my business locations and our personal home and always used the greatest of care when entering our home/businesses from wearing booties, to asking questions about our current needs and in general treating us like friends/family.

Our most recent home treatment was done by Darrin and he was truly awesome! He not only did the professional job that he always does, but he went above and beyond by taking an extra 10 minutes to help me with my bike rack; something that had nothing to do with the job but, meant the world to me! My husband and I have been a P3 customer for over a year now. We absolutely love the service and see great value in the protection. We get quarterly treatments to prevent pest infestation and if we ever have an issue in between treatments, they respond quickly to treat it and take care of it. Today we had our second quarter treatment for 2022 by Brendan.

This was the first time Brendan has been our technician and we were very impressed with him! He was incredibly polite and professional and went above and beyond with his service. Easy to schedule and fast response time from Environmental Pest Management. Seymour was great to work with and walked me through what he was seeing and what I could look for in future to identify any potential problems. Came out for a termite inspection but while reviewing the exterior also let us know about some ants and how to best handle them. Always have great service with this company and this was no exception.

Our experience with Environmental Pest Management was a good one. We have also used their services before this, which is why we called them again this time. Our technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in his application. He also arrived on time, which is always nice. We moved into this house recently and had some bugs, so we called them. We no longer have those bugs, thank God! Good work!

We recently moved into a home that had active termites in the shed and in our crawl spaces in the house. We were very pleased with the service we got. Our technician, Mike England, was extremely knowledgable and was happy to share his knowledge with us. Very friendly and efficient. All the areas were treated and when he left we felt confident that our home was protected from further damage.

Fast service, friendly technician and a follow-up email put our minds to rest, and all of this for a very reasonable price. We will have them out yearly to make sure things are still good. I highly recommend this company.
