JJ comes to our house and he's such a pleasure to talk to. Arrives on time and gets right to work. Never in a bad mood, always a smile on his face. We've used Byrd Pest Control for quite awhile highly recommend them to anybody looking for great service.

JJ is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and professional. When the cridders get overwhelming he takes care of them for me. I have always done my own spraying but with JJ and Byrd I no longer have worries and have been pest free since contracting with them!

John is the best! He's an incredibly experienced pest control professional! I had a flea infestation that was literally wreaking havoc on my life. The fleas were totally resistant to any type of treatment I could possibly find. I dealt with horrible recurrence after recurrence. My wife was in tears every day and It might sound funny but it was literally beginning to take toll on our marriage. I called John and he fixed everything. A day later they were gone and haven't been back since. I could. It recommend him highly enough!

Highly recommend Byrd Pest Control. Our technician Tim was very friendly, communicative, and professional. He texted me promptly when he was finished about when we could come back to the house. He even mentioned a couple of items I had accidentally left out so I would be sure to wash them before using them again (Cat bowl & cookie sheets.) Overall I was impressed with the thoroughness of the service and feel it's a good value for the money.

We had just moved into a new house and realize we had roaches. We weren't seeing them at first however, when it started getting hotter they started coming out a lot. We called Byrd Pest Control, they told us that it will take 2 treatments a month apart to get rid of the roaches. It's been about 3 weeks since the 1st treatment and we don't have roaches anymore.

We haven't seen one. They basically got rid of the roaches with the 1st treatment. Extremely happy with the service if I ever need pest control again I know who to call. To think we were planning on throwing out all our infested appliances. Honestly, the money their service saved us is crazy.

I have been using Byrd Pest Control since I purchased my home last year - and I have left one or two reviews on how awesome they are but I thought I would share something my technician did today, that was very thoughtful. It happened to be trash day, and having a torn up trash can (thank you City of Newman), my trash can is knocked over every week. Rebecca went out of her way to place my trash can next to my fence instead of leaving it laying out on the street, which would have been an easy option for her. So, thank you Rebecca! It just goes to show that customer service goes above and beyond when you use Byrd Pest Control!

I am happy with the service that they are providing. They were on time, professional and friendly. Black widow spiders are gone, ants are controlled and the roaches are dead. Price was fair. Very good company!

Byrd has been providing residential services at my home in Patterson for about 1 year. They have been on time for the appointments and clearly communicate appoint times VIA text and email; they also provide a recap of service provided. I have no complaints about their pest control services. Unfortunately, an interaction over the phone with a Service Technician forced me to cancel service. Byrd did not seem concerned about losing a customer. Guess I am a drop in the bucket; this is why I gave a 3 star rating. I figured a smaller company would be more focused on retaining clients.

Last week, I found a black widow hanging from my garage door and knew it was time to call an exterminator. I looked up a few in the area and noticed all the great reviews for Byrd Pest Control. When I spoke with Garret for a quote he was very helpful and answered all my questions. He worked with me to find a time as soon as possible for the introductory service.

Today was the first appointment and I am very happy. The technician they sent, JJ, was also very informative and personable. He worked in an efficient and timely manner to clear cobwebs and also lay bait to get rid of any pests. He even took down an old wasp nest by my front door and treated my shed for my garbage cans since there had been black widows in there too.

I am already so happy with the service and will update in a few months with anything else I have noticed. I definitely understand all the 5 star reviews for Byrd Pest Control!

Excellent service! They are so polite, professional, and they offer reasonably priced services! I have been using this service for nearly a year now and recommend them to my neighbors and loved ones. They go above and beyond when they service my home. I really appreciate that they sweep and spray under my patio furniture. The products they use are effective, but don't pose a health risk to the people in my household. Lastly, I appreciate that they email me a report of their service after every visit.

My technician April was helpful. She explained what my issues might be and how I could resolve them. Thankfully, April solved all of them. I've been in personal contact with her to ensure that all of my issues were resolved. I appreciate that, rather than having to call a main office all the time. Moved to Gustine recently and wanted to do business local if possible. Byrd Pest Control made that easy! Excellent customer service, from initial inquiry to actual appointment. Becca explained everything, took time to answer any questions and was just so friendly we discovered we're from the same city! I can't give a review on how well the spraying worked yet because it's only been a day, but I was informed of exactly how the spraying works, what to look for and to call with any questions or concerns. So far I'm extremely happy. Only gave 4 stars because they just sprayed and it hasn't been enough time to notice results.

Becca & Matt were just here first my first service, spraying outdoors for spiders & ants. They let me show them where my issues were & then explained what they were going to do to get rid of the pests. Wow! John has to be the nicest guy in business! He was so helpful I can't even say thank you enough. He gave me the confidence to catch a little mouse all on my own and even gave me a little snap trap. How can I thank you enough. He gave great advice on how to prevent and things to look out for. We have been using Byrd Pest Control for several years now, and have always been extremely happy with their work. My neighbor used to work for Clark Pest, and would sometimes give me the "side eye" when he saw their truck out front of my house. Oh well, why change if you're happy?! Anytime we have an issue not related to our bi-monthly services, they are quick to respond to messages, and usually get out with 24 - 48 hours.

Today we had April, who is someone new to us, but she introduced herself and let me know what she going to do. After she left, I spot checked and she did everything she said she would. Thank you Byrd Pest Control.

Byrd pest control is a great company for all your pest control needs. JJ is a great employee and is very informative and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend their services. I have to admit that I was a little upset this morning because I thought they didn't come yesterday as scheduled. Had I come in through the front door and not the garage I would have saw the service tag on the front door. I apologize to the receptionist I got snippy with this morning. My bad.

We've had Byrd Pest Control for nearly a year now and it's been a huge relief not to deal with the cockroaches and spiders anymore. It was quite an issue when we moved into our new home last year. Garrett has been to our house number of times and he always does a great job! We love that he and the other technicians even clean up the spider webs. They're always very polite. I've been recommending Byrd to friends and will continue to!

Best Customer Service and Quality Results. If you're looking for a pest control company that does what they say they will do, look no further. Here's why: After reaching out to several pest companies, all of which wanted me to enter into a long term agreement, I came across Byrd Pest Control. I reached out to them late one night via Yelp and immediately (literally within a few minutes) received a response from John the owner.

After a few messages back and forth to discuss the services I needed we scheduled an appointment for my property. A few days later John came out sprayed for pests and fleas (which no other pest company would do on a one time basis), this was on August 22, 2108. Well I am happy to report that immediately after John's service there were no more fleas and have been flea and pest free for over 40 days now. If you want responsive, quality service from a business that delivers on their promise Byrd Pest Control is who I recommend.

If I could give John and JJ 10's, I would. These guys are on point. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Not only do they come out right away or make time to squeeze us in, but they are so polite to my kids (who think they are the ghostbusters)! I can't thank these guys enough for their services.

Had a need to eliminate some Ants and Wasps in and around out house, so I went on Yelp to ask for quotes. I asked Saturday, and received a couple of answers back slowly until Monday. While I did not expect a response as quickly as I got, Byrd Pest Control was kind enough to reach out to me on a Sunday and ask if they could schedule something this week.

I stated that Wednesday worked, and the technician (owner) scheduled something for 8-10am. He was here promptly at 8am, and we walked the perimeter of the property (residential house) and talked about my pest control needs. We identified problem areas, and the technician sprayed for ants, as well as a perimeter to prevent future infestations. Offered to check inside, but I had no need at the time.

Also as a bonus discussed Bi-Monthly services and one-time services. I believe $40/month gets you 6 preventative treatments a year. Overall: I would highly suggest this Pest control. If I have need for future services, I will definitely consider them. The owner stated that they have about 150 repeat / contract clients in our area, so he's familiar with pest control needs in this neighborhood. You'd be smart to use this service!
