I will recommend all the home sellers and real estate agents to contact Pest Control Pros to do a termite pre-inspection, so you know if there is any problem and fix it with your own contractor prior to putting the house on market. As most of the lenders will ask for section one clearance certificate prior funding, you don 't want to wait until last min.

I have done several termite inspections through James, his very knowledge and professional and know what's his doing and give good advice how to take care the problems found.
