Franklin Pest Control has been great for my husband and me. My tech is great. He always checks up on us and asks if there are any problems he can help us with. Our worker is a fantastic individual. I required a termite inspection and was able to get one the following day. He provided me with a report by the end of the business day, and he provided excellent customer service. I looked for "pest control" and settled on Franklin Pest Control Services, which I am very pleased with. My technician was easy to communicate with and gave excellent customer service! He came out and found termites in our home, treated them, and we haven't had any problems since. He was also fantastic when he came out for our last follow-up service.
Every interaction has gone well. They came out between our normal schedules to "spot treat" some places (where we have an ant problem) without trying to bill us more. Their pricing is excellent, and I was never pressured to pay. I emailed the company after hours, and they responded after hours. Great firm that I would strongly suggest to anyone interested!

Our home was inspected by our service technician. Mice had invaded our home, I informed him. He claimed to have discovered mice and rat droppings. rat? Oh no. that's not what a previous rep told us. He even offered to repair the outside vents to keep the rodents out of our house-my husband was sold just hearing that someone else could do it! Here's two happy campers! Many thanks, Franklin Pest!
