Inspection
Report
We thoroughly inspect your home for structural damage and then provide you with a report on our findings and recommendations. Proper identification or infestations and conditions must be made before a sensible recommendation can be made. Insect infestation can result in structural damage. Termites and other insects eat wood weakening wood members and structural supports. Moisture-related conditions in buildings promote fungal decay or dry rot. Leaking plumbing fixtures, failing roofs, leaking masonry porches and moisture behind stucco walls are frequent causes of fungal growth. Inspection findings will be summarized in our Inspection Report indicating our recommendations for treatment, repair and preventive measures to your property.

David Hoska

Lingruen Associates was founded in 1951 by Donald Lingruen. David Hoska joined the company in 1978 as a carpenter and then advanced to licensed inspector. In 1982, David took over the company and assumed the position of President-CEO of the corporation. David served as District Chairman of the Pest Control Operators Association of California.
Gary Flowers
Vice- President -cfo
In 1997 Gary Flowers joined the company as Vice President-CFO. Gary brought years of valuable knowledge in the pest control industry and had extensive experience in construction. When not working or tending to family life you may find him at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort where he is a former member and past Director of the Resort's National Ski Patrol.
Francisco Rigoberto (Rigo) Rangel
Vice- President -coo
Francisco (Rigo) Rangel started with Lingruen in 1990 and was promoted to general Foreman in 2000. Rigo became a Vice- President-COO in June of 2004. He is also a licensed General Contractor and Field Representative. Rigo is fluent in English and Spanish. When not at work you might find him at the local golf course.
