If I could give 10 stars I would! First off, Patrick answers his phone and that is so important when you want to get a problem resolved. I had called another company before calling Patrick and was greeted with hold music. After being on hold two minutes I knew instantly to look for someone else. That's when I looked further and discovered Professional Wildlife Removal and Patrick Gibson.

He told me he would be at my house at Noon and showed up on time. He found the problem, sealed up the holes in the soffit and took the time to explain everything and how to prevent future palm rat problems. Thanks Patrick. I will be recommending you to my family, friends and neighbors.

3am face to face with a opossum in our house! YIKES! Started calling wildlife removal services and they all say 24hr service. Not true. But when I found professional wildlife removals number I was greeted by Patrick in a most professional and friendly manner. He told me that it would be a couple of hours and gave me a time that he would be at out home and he arrived early! Patrick was AWESOME.

Just like his ad states, he will ensure that once he has trapped and removed the unwelcome critters, he will seal up entryways, and inspect your property so there will not be holes, openings, cracks that any pest, bugs, crawlies, rodents, raccoons- anything- will be able to get into your domain. Patrick checks daily to see if bait is taken, inspects traps and asks homeowner if we heard anything or if we have seen the animal.

He is on call 7 days a week and calls to advise of the next steps to be taken and what time he will be out to our home. Patrick sealed up the "doorway" our intruder created and also fixed and reinforce our soffits because small screws which had gotten loose had dropped off and made the soffits loose. Excellent work! Patrick was fantastic! He gave me great advice on the raccoon I had in my attic before I even enlisted his service. When he was at my house he was very professional. He took care of the raccoon in the attic, fixed the point of entry and even sealed up other areas that could be potential entry points for other unwanted wildlife. All this for one low flat fee. About a week ago we discovered a large raccoon on our roof. A quick Google search of Raccoons on roofs/attics was enough to convince us we needed professional help. As promised Patrick called about twenty minutes prior to his arrival to confirm that he was running a little early. Patrick is extremely personable, professional and thorough and is obviously committed to providing outstanding customer service at a very reasonable price. Patrick and I walked around our home's perimeter while he searched for and explained current and future vulnerabilities.

Some I'd suspected but others I never would have guessed. Patrick then inspected our tile roof and attic and gave me tips on inexpensive DIY ways we could make our home even more Animal Proof. Fortunately the raccoon had not made it into our home so Patrick proceeded to reinforce our most vulnerable soffit locations (where he was pretty sure the raccoon had made an attempt) as well as treating our downspouts to make climbing impossible. Chances are that if you don't have an animal problem now you will at some point.

National Geographic estimates there is one raccoon for every city block in North America!
