They were very nice, but my problem still existed. I called and let them know what issue I was having, The lady who answered the phone at their office was extremely professional and nice. The people who did the pest control called back and I let them know what my issue was. That has been a few weeks now, they never came back or even called me back.
I ended up calling a second pest control company and we easily remedied the problem. They had me sign something that they were going to come back, they are not welcome back here I do not want to ever give them money again or have them on my property. I feel like they took my money and ran and did really nothing. 0 stars wasn't available.

The technician sprayed poisonous insecticides all over my portable grill that was sittingat the base of the homes wall. When I talked to the supervisor he said he would only wash my grill instead of replace it. I told him I will not use the grill after it has been compromised by poisonous insecticides. And i am forced to by a poison safe grill.

I moved here 3 years ago to a house that empty for almost 2 years. Fort Myers Pest Control does exactly what their name suggests. I signed up for the yearly package, where they routinely spray inside my house and also the yard. Every technician that I have met has been polite and respectful and answer any questions I had. I have dogs, cats and birds, so they always took precaution explaining what I need to do to keep my pets safe, while they spray the house and yard.
In between scheduled sprayings, if I called about bugs I saw in the house or fire ant hills I saw in the yard, they happily came right out and took care of the problem with no additional charge. Kudos need to be given to some of the nicest receptionist you'll ever speak to who are very understanding about fear of bugs!

We moved to Sanibel a year ago from St. Louis and I knew nothing about the native flora. Chuck spent a lot of time walking my yard with me and explained what is a "keeper" and what should go.who knew as it all looked good to me. He has 22yrs experience and is a wealth of knowledge. I signed up service for my house after dealing with them through my work. They are professional, knowledgeable, and are quick to respond when or if you have any issues. This is definitely a plus as many companies around here lack this quality! Our tech, Brian, is awesome. The first time they sprayed the inside of our house and the perimeter which was almost 3 yrs ago.
They have come back quarterly to spray just the perimeter of the house and have not needed to come back inside at all. NO PROBLEMS with bugs. I highly recommend FMPC. Keep up the great work.
