I wish I had contacted Coastal Pest Control years ago for a termite prevention service! When I found termite damage I immediately called several companies for help. By far and away, their representatives were the most knowledgeable, professional, informative and responsive. And on top of that, they were the best value. I recommend calling Coastal Pest Control before you have termites, but if you do find yourself needing a pest control company, I highly recommend Coastal Pest Control.

I used to use Angus Pest control, over a year ago, in early 2019. When they became Coastal pest, I cancelled with them, so many times I've had to call and cancel because they still aren't getting the message. And yet I still get phone calls that Coastal pest is coming out to my house for treatment. They have sent bills when I haven't even schedule a treatment! Take me off your call list already! Stop harassing me or I'll get the police involved, seriously!

I made the mistake of opting for money saved by switching from separate lawn service/pest control services to combined pest control/lawn services with Coastal Pest Control. Although I cannot speak for the quality of their pest control, I will tell you that after repeated treatments, even at no cost, over the course of the last four weeks I have more weeds in my established lawn than ever before!!
Given that they had been servicing my neighbors lawn for several years I opted to go with them at a discount price. I had no issues with my previous lawn service company, Native Green, they were awesome!!
Switching to save $$ proves the old saying of "you get what you pay for!"

This company is used through our HOA so they are our go to. The gentleman that came to our house today went above and beyond what I've seen before with their visits. (Never any bad visits before but today was exceptional) I unfortunately did not catch his name but he was thorough, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Huge shoutout and thank you!

Started a contract with them in May of 2017, they were supposed to do treatments every 2 months. Here it is January and I have seen them twice. Talked to them Monday they scheduled today from 8-10am and here it is 1pm and no one yet. Guys are super friendly both in person and on the phone, but they have no ability to hold a schedule. Their treatments have been very effective, just too long between.
Good news they showed up at 2:15, however could not read the report that I called in on Monday and had recently found Rats on the property, so didn't bother to bring that equipment along.

Chris was wonderful. He told me what had to be done and why. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone. He went over all of the procedures and the costs. I had already talked to 3 other companies but I chose this one based on his professionalism and honesty. Cory, was the man who came to do the job. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time to get it right. I would highly recommend this company.

In September 2010 I contracted AAA Inspections and Coastal Pest Control to perform a pre-purchase inspection. Gabriel created a report showing no evidence of termites. I purchased and moved in the home. While hanging pictures I noticed soft spots on the walls. Approx 30 feet of wall space was infested and damaged by termites. Cost was thousands of dollars to tear and repair.
The Massey specialists said it took 5-8 years to do that much damage and pointed out tell-tale signs that an inspector could have picked up on. I have many pictures, wood samples and professional witnesses. These folks should not be performing termite inspections within our community.
