I notified Travis Pest Management that I needed a technician to check my house for sugar ants. Sheila called me to set up a convenient time and date for her to come to my house. She took care of the problem in such a friendly and accommodating manner that it prompted me to commend her in writing. I have used Travis since they opened in 1967, and have been a very satisfied customer 100% of the time.

My tech Erin is awesome, courteous, friendly and efficient. I moved down here from NJ and went a year without professional pest control, but unless we sprayed constantly we were having issues with tiny ants and roaches getting inside our home. Now Erin comes every other month, we haven't seen a bug inside in since our first treatment. Affordable, excellent service, would recommend them highly.

Our life changed dramatically for the better with Travis help. Initial first estimate visit eliminated bugs in a cub-bard. We have used Travis for over ten years for Pest Control Services and Judy is excellent (five stars to her alone). We started with their Lawn service a few years back and the followup required to get them to treat problem areas became too much. Our last encounter was a bunch of excuses as to why half our backyard lawn is dead (pictures to follow). Our experience with the Lawn Service is somewhat similar to another poor rating where I didn't see any lawn technicians in the backyard.
The company is changing or the Owners aren't getting the appropriate customer feedback/complaints. All we see is a dead lawn that we paid to get treated. My neighbors use Patrick's Lawn service and it looks excellent.

I've been a Travis customer for almost five years. We originally had a problem with roaches that got into our clothes boxes when they were stored for a few weeks before our house was ready to move into. The previous pest company was expensive and ineffective, but Travis came in and that was the end of them for us. We later noted ants in the kitchen area and Travis responded with a treatment plan that has kept them at bay ever since. Obviously, pest management is not a once and done deal.
With regular service calls scheduled for the outside of the house, the Travis technician keeps them out. The past few days, after large amounts of heavy rain, we started noticing a few acrobat ants in in kitchen and foyer and bathroom. One call to Travis and our technician Will (who regularly services our house) was at the door IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES ready to get them out.
He completed the assessment and treatment quickly on the inside and resprayed the outside of the house, as well. I am very pleased with their service and their commitment to serving the customer. You can tell this is a family run company that takes pride in their work! It has made living in Florida quite comfortable. Thank you Travis!

When my aunt needed a new pest management company, I sought out Travis Pest Management for pest control, lawn care and ornamental shrub and tree care. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. Her yard started to resemble Wild Kingdom between the meelybugs, mites, caterpillars, and snails that were systematically devouring her ornamentals. Brown patches in her lawn grew and multiplied, despite pointing out the problem on numerous occasions to the various technicians and a supervisor servicing the property.
When I called customer service to discuss the dissatisfaction with all that's gone on it became clear that technicians were not reporting to the company customer concerns and I was told that the ornamental service had been terminated ages ago - I later found an invoice for the August 2019 quarterly ornamental care. When confronted, they reluctantly acknowledged their mistake.
The company offered a $25 credit to the account. Given the number of plants that need to be replaced and the enormous brown spots in the lawn, that's a pathetic, insensitive insult. We've recently moved on to a new company, but some of the plants had to be removed/replaced while others are on life support at this point. Some sod will have to be brought in as well. I gave one star only because I couldn't give zero.

My prior Landlord has used Travis for the past 3 years with a lot of success. I recently bought my home and I plan to continue the Service for treating the inside of my home. What makes Travis the best choice is their talented staff, specifically Kandi! Not only is she a top professional and has successfully continued to make my home "BUG-FREE" but she is also so considerate, always thinking of the Customer 1st. I trust her unconditionally!
