President
Daughter of founder Jerry Bright, Tamra Bright Wasylina remembers when her father started the company, working diligently from the back of his car. Today, the same devotion to hard work and integrity is still alive with co- founder and president at the lead. She brings authentic pride and personal interest in maintaining the principles her father established, so if you need her, Tamra will always make herself available to solve any problem within Bright Pest Control Company, Inc.'s entire operation.

Robert Wasylina, son-in-law of founder Jerry Bright, is the Vice President and co- founder of the company, Robert is known for his hands-on, in- the-field expertise and when it comes to pest control and products there's very little he hasn't experimented and evaluated for effectiveness, efficiency and environmental impact. That's why he's our Senior Termite Inspector and General Manager. He is married to Tamra Bright Wasylina.
Randy Bright
Associate Certified Entomologist
Randy Bright (Secretary/Treasurer) is the son of Jerry Bright. He joined our team after serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy. The area's only fully trained, fully certified associate entomologist, he's also a graduate of the University of Purdue Pest Control Program. Randy is the Operations Manager and in charge of all service technicians, including on-the-job training and continuing education.

Jeff came out to provide an estimate for the quarterly treatment and to dispose of a wasp nest. He arrived ontime and provided a courtesy call upon arrival. He removed the nest and left a detailed estimate by the door. The cost is on par with other service providers. He discussed more about his pest findings than about the services that are on sale (Greenix, I'm looking at you). We had been in touch with other big and small players.

Bright Pest Control tried to scam us with a threatening invoice letter about three months after we moved into a new house. The seller, an elderly widower, said he didn't have pest control but that his late wife, who passed about ten years ago, once had termite monitoring stations installed. He didn't maintain them and didn't know anything about the company that installed them.
Our home inspector said they were empty and some were broken. I could see that they were over grown and abandoned. They were ugly an interfered with our landscaping so I dug them up and threw them away. We had insect damage and rotten wood around the window that we had replaced so clearly no insect control products had been used in a while. I got an invoice letter that started like a car warranty scam call. "We've been trying to contact you about your warranty." The envelope was addressed to us by name at our new address so they clearly knew we were new residents but the letter was addressed to Valued Customer with a hand written account number in the corner with a bill for $270.
I called and told them to close the account and take us off their mailing list. She said they would have to remove the monitoring stations so I told her what I'd done. She got mad and said they would have to come to our property and double check they were all removed and that I shouldn't have thrown them away because they weren't mine. I said they were on my property and I didn't sign a contract and the seller didn't have a contract so I they were mine.
I told her they weren't to come to our house and that I would call the Police if they tried. She called me nasty so I'm doing as I threatened and writing this for the public to know. I am nasty to people who try to threaten and scam me.

Just wanted to say Thanks to the technicians who came out to my Mother-In-Laws house to do her service. The technicians were very nice and went above what they were there for. They found a very large ant nest that had started to trail to the basement window, and they took out the problem before it caused us problems on the inside. Great people to work with!

Our technician was so great. He spent a lot of time evaluating our property and explaining to use potential areas that could be entry points suggesting trimming back trees and bushes. He was very thorough and found several ant colonies to spray. He spray the entire exterior of our home and garage and even around the base of trees to keep the ants in the trees and out of my house. Within days we had tons of dead bugs (not just ants) laying around. It was good to know that it was all taken care of.

I rent and my landlords are a property management group so I had no control on who came out. I noticed that I started having a gnat problem, ants, spiders, etc soon after moving in. Bright pest came out the next business day. The technician whose name is Jeff was so personable and knowledgeable. It was very clear to me that he enjoyed his job and knew what he was talking about.
He gave me a lot of tips on things that I could do to try to control some of the pest problems. A lot of the issues are stemming from landscaping not being maintained around the foundation of my unit and attracting bugs, which he can't help.he did spray inside and out and said he will come again in two weeks to see if it helped. I wholeheartedly recommend bright pest for anyone. They got someone out here as soon as they could.

I just moved into a new home and this is my first time using a pest control company. Bright Pest Control was absolutely wonderful! I had such a great experience, Brandy got me set up with such ease and she was so kind! My technician, Joe was so thorough and really went above and beyond for me! I will definitely be using this company from here on out to keep all the critters away! Thanks guys!

This is a good review and shout-out to Daniel the exterminator on working with me on this! I'll admit I didn't prepare like I should have, but they still came out the same day and sprayed the place. Bright Pest Control is incredible with their communication and will work out any problem you have! They're a cut above the rest, and their employees are top notch. If something is bugging, you know who to call!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. We hired Bright Pest Control per the recommendation of our inspector when we needed a termite inspection on a house we were thinking about purchasing. Bright claims they came and did an inspection on the house, but I never received any sort of report like promised. After jumping through a ton of hoops and several calls and emails with Bright (never returned), the deadline of the contract on the house was quickly arriving and I figured they just weren't going to send the report, so we hired another pest control company to do the inspection. 2 weeks later, we receive a bill in the mail for a termite inspection + report.
This was very frustrating as a report was never given to us and our calls were never returned. We refused to pay the bill, and the receptionist agreed we should not be charged for this. We thought this issue was put to rest. Yesterday, almost 8 months later, I received a collection notice from Bright for the payment + interest, and have to deal with this company once again. This unorganized company has been a huge waste of time and I absolutely do not recommend them.
