We've had Rottler for approximately a year paid for the mole service guaranteed to get rid of moles started off ok killed 2 moles initially after that it went downhill fast we would text or call our tech about any new activity and was repeatedly told it was an old tunnel day or minutes after he left there would be a hill coming out of the "old " tunnel this was a constant issue had treatments throughout the year this weekend we noticed activity all over our yard they had no problem cashing our payments for the last year but did have an issue ridding my yard of these destructive pests

There's nothing exciting or fun about pest control, but Rottler provided excellent service in every way. Both the inspector and the technician arrived on time, handled their business in a friendly yet professional way, gave me clear explanations, and treated my property with care. Jeremy Holmes, the techician, explained to me what he planned to do, how it would impact my property, and left my house in a neat and tidy condition. Thumb up!

I called Rottler after hearing what we thought were birds in the soffet/overhang and/or attic. The Rottler customer service was outstanding. They followed up on my request for an estimate. Scheduled an appt.; confirmed the appt. and showed up early. The inspector, Steve Sides, was thorough, professional and honest. After an outside observation, he did a thorough search of my entire attic and found nothing.

I appreciated his honest assessment. He could have stopped there, but took the initiative to send a second-story inspector out to investigate further. Ken Hopkin showed up within a few hours and looked even more thoroughly on the outside. Gave his assessment and emailed a proposal that evening.

Today had my quarterly pest control appointment with Rottler. Dalton was professional and was within his time limit that he quoted me several days ago. He communicated what he was going to do and he did it in a timely manner. No issues and no problems at All. He used a mask and gloves when he entered my house. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Rottler due to my experiences over the last year. My technician, Rob, who works on my house in Webster Groves, MO is especially making things great. I started working with Rottler after a Termite problem last year that was almost out of a horror story. He calmed me down, and fixed the problem quickly. I really appreciate how you have the same technician who services my property, it is very nice to know the same person is coming here.

He has gotten to know problem areas very well, and is managing pests before I notice them. He also moves the traps when I move gardens and makes sure everything is like I left it (or better due to kids making a mess!) Also, I have not had the persistent ant problem this year I typically have, which is great! Because of his great work, I expanded my coverage to include the Mosquito spraying, which moved from a competitor. I would recommend Rottler Greatly, due to the company keeping the same tech, and the service I have received.

Rottler has done a great job. We never usually subscribe to service contracts but they are super responsive and pests can get out of hand quickly. Max is our guy!

I have used Rottler for over 20 yrs, I have a very wooded lot and carpenter ants all over. With a frame house, I worry about what the ants could do. Rottler's treatment has kept the ants out and prevented any damage

Terrible customer service. Chesterfield location refused service program unless I sign a 12 month agreement which is completely unnecessary for the job needed. With such economic uncertainty.maybe now's not the time to strong-arm your customers into contracts for services they are actually willing to pay for. Better yet.be grateful for any customers these days that offer to bring you business in the first place.

Literally the only value your company offers is pest control and you won't take money to do the work. Seems like a flawed business model. I'll gladly spend money elsewhere with a company that appreciates it.

We no longer recommend Rottler and urge you to find a small local company for your services. You will likely save money and have a relationship with someone that is genuinely committed to doing a great job. Pest Control isn't rocket science, it's about customer service and using safe and effective products. I am disappointed to write this review, but I feel the need to share our experiences.

We have used Rottler's services for a long time and we have been satisfied customers until the past couple of years. The service has been quite poor. We have experienced many bugs inside our home and garage and the follow-up services have been mostly nonexistent. Whenever we would request follow up services to remedy the situation, we would rarely hear back.

They are not like they used to be. Throughout our experience during the past year, we also went through different awkward technicians, when previously we had the same person for a long time. I recently spoke with an acquaintance that had a similar experience with Rottler as us, and ended up switching to another service provider. Maybe they are having more turn-over of employees over the last year or so, and that could be part of the quality control and communication issues.

Either way, we did not appreciate paying for services that were unsatisfactory, and for not getting proper professional responses when we expressed issues. This service should be effective, reasonable and also a convenience. It is unfortunately no longer any of these.

Ben Hogan has been our technician for a while now, and does a remarkable job each and every time. He is thorough, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to pest control. I would recommend Ben for your pest control needs!

I'm on the 'every 2 months' program for $99 a visit. It's the same guy (Matt) that comes every time, who I really like. He texts me when he's on his way. We've caught a couple brown recluse and had minimal mice activity in the bait stations. Granted, I didn't have a problem, per se, but prevention is key. Setting it.up after buying the house was a bit annoying.

The previous owners had been using Rottler regularly and I set it up right after move in. They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

In the past I had good service but the changed techs and when I complained about my experience not one person called. When the time came for my every other month service came my old tech called like nothing happened. I explained my displeasure and would not use them unless someone from management would call. Not one call obviously they don't need my $89 for service every other month. Felt like I was just taken for granted. I am going with a smaller company that will appreciate my business.

This is the third year using their lawn fertilization program. Sean was the guy in charge at the time and told us it would take a year or more. The yard is amazing. not one weed! Much better than the results from the Scott's program. I also feel like there were a lot less bugs around when I was working in the yard. Then I had them working on my mom's mole problem in her yard. When we find another tunnel-they respond quickly.

Adam is the best! After a horrendous year that involved the death of my mom and the task of cleaning and prepping her home, he has been a life-saver! We saw immediate results and will continue to use them on a preventative basis for as long as we own properties. Understanding and utterly professional.

I hired Rottler for a week to take care of squirrels in my roof. I had a few different men come to my house during the week, and they were ALL GOOD LOOKING, polite, respectful, and nice. Seriously, every time I opened the door I was like, hello handsome. But of course I didn't say that, I'm not a creep. I would hate to have their job, but they like what they do - they like being outdoors, active, and don't want to be stuck in an office. Best of all, my squirrel problem is solved - they set traps and didn't kill a single squirrel to my knowledge, but scared them off and sealed the hole.

I have used Rottler for years and have been very satisfied. But every time a new service is added i make sure its dog friendly since we have 3 dogs. They put a ground squirrel trap by the house and for the past year its been no problem. They check the trap, remove the rodent and put in new bait. Little did I know they were using Difethialone which is HIGHLY poisonous to dogs.

I called and the operations manager agreed that bait should not have been used with dogs present yet it was. So disappointed in Rottler. Hopefully the dogs survive. They were given Vitamin K shots and pill for the next 30 days now only time will tell. i sent two emails to the operations manager trying to confirm cancellation of all my services and can not get a return email. so frustrating. they were so cooperative as long as things were going well but now? Forget it!

Both Adam (inspector) and Drew (exterminator) who came to my house were not only on time, but early and communicative about when they would be there. They were both incredibly knowledgeable (who knows this much about vermin and is excited about it?!), professional and helpful. I was pretty stressed with having a mouse problem, and they were timely in addressing it, and took out 2 traps that had already caught mice when I wouldn't touch it!

Plus you get a professional looking email with your appointment confirmation as well as a picture of the person who will be coming to your house (this is key for single women, especially). The quote was reviewed with me in detail at the time of the inspection, and then also emailed to me for my records rather than printing, which I prefer. I've had a great experience with them.
