Tick is the common name of a class of small arachnids. Ticks are external parasites living on the blood of mammals, birds, and occasionally reptiles and amphibians. Ticks can carry a number of diseases, including Lyme disease, Q fever, and canine jaundice. Ticks are blood-feeding parasites that are often found in tall grass and shrubs where they will wait to attach to a passing host. Crickets, are insects related to grasshoppers. They have somewhat flattened bodies and long antennae. There are about 900 species of crickets. They tend to be nocturnal and are often confused with grasshoppers because they have a similar body structure. Crickets are known to carry a large number of diseases, most of which cause painful sores but are not fatal to humans. Disease can be spread through their feces, bite, or other physical contact.

We suspect we have flea infestation in our backyard since we have an outdoor dog. Im guessing we brought the fleas inside and we are now getting bites all over our feet. Called this company and they squeezed us in same day free in home evaluation. He came in and gave us more information about the cause and more educational tips in the future. I wish he just took his shoes off before entering the house when I asked him to because I have a little one here crawling on the carpet and floor.
I had to vacuum, mop and washed the rugs he stepped into. Especially he probably gets alot of dirt in his shoes from other houses he treats. But overall I would recommend him.

This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. we entered into an agreement for attic cleaning and then i received a call from their lazy technician that he would not do the job today and then received a call from the company stating that they would not do the job for the agreed price. do not use this fraudulent company, they have no business ethics!

I've had recurring problems with ants in my apartment that conventional methods failed to address. I gave this company a call and they sent an inspector over who located the source of the issue (tree overhang!), had a statement for the landlord prepared, and was very professional the whole time. I'd have to say the most important thing is, I've not had the same problem now, and I'm quite happy with the result.
