Absolutely awful customer service and service techs. They do not show up when they say they are going to. DO NOT allow them to do auto pay! They charge you when they do not show up for work. I asked for explanations and they had nothing but very poor excuses. I tried to get a service person to come out to my house since the previous was not showing up, they told me 2 weeks was the soonest.
When the day came, once again, they never showed up. Called the office at end of the day and was told different excuses and that they would have to send someone else in a few days. This company is awful to deal with. In the past when they did show up it was not good service.
