Black Widow
Report
The Black Widow is one of Oklahoma's most venomous spiders, its venom a neurotoxin. The color is typically a shiny black with an orange or red hourglass shape on the underside of the abdomen. The Black Widow commonly lives outside the house, building its web in protected areas like overhangs, woodpiles or under decks. They can, however, be found in seldom used parts of garages, basements and crawl spaces.
Carpenter Ants
Report
These ants get their name from their habit of hollowing out galleries in pieces of wood for nesting purposes, which can result in structural damage. Indications of an infestation usually are expelled debris consisting of sawdust-like shavings and/or fragments of insulation and insect parts. They prefer to attack wood softened by fungus and are often associated with moisture problems.
Firebrat
Report
Similar to earwigs and silverfish, signs of firebrat infestation include yellow stains, scales, and/or feces seen on holes, notches along an edge, or surface etchings. Firebrats prefer high humidity, but temperature is the critical factor; preferably 90 degrees or above. Firebrats feed on both carbohydrates and proteins, attacking such things as rolled oats, dried beef, bond paper, linen, cotton, silk, etc.

Had a great experience with a new home purchase termite inspection. The owner inspected himself. However, I have recently been trying to contact them with questions and for service otherwise, and I sat on hold for 31 minutes waiting for an answer, and finally gave up. I emailed them instead with the question and instead of actually answering what I asked, they just said we weren't covered under the warranty for the new home inspection.
I emailed clarifying that I knew that but wanted service otherwise and never heard back. It has been weeks now. I am sad and frustrated as I have used them, even when I was a realtor to inspect homes for termites upon purchase. I didn't realize that was actually all they do and ignore you otherwise

In May of 2019 they came and performed the job and got rid of the termites, but in doing so with their method left holes in the outside foundation of my home. The holes they left UNFILLED took in rain water and flooded my bedroom and soaked the insulation in my walls in multiple rooms. Resulting with me taking out the carpet in my bedroom myself. I immediately contacted the owner, Tim, about this disaster and was given his word that he would take care of this matter. Weeks passed after no word from Tim or the company and I again gave them a call and was given the run around and finally Charlie, the field manager, came and filled the holes that should have been filled the first time they came out to my home. I am now having to repair the damage they caused myself.

I used this company a year ago to do an interior/exterior spray for pests, specifically aimed at spiders. The cost was $100. I have the invoice. I called to schedule the exact same service and the receptionist said she "didn't know why the prior employee only charged $100" (she was able to see the prior invoice) and had the nerve to say they "probably lost money" doing it last time. Are you kidding me?
They would not honor the same price but instead wanted to set up a price consultation. Too many options for pest services. $100 was totally fair. Update: booked with another Edmond company for $100 without a consultation (just told them square footage).

We had grubs in our yard which were causing us to have little to no grass and then moles in our yard that they were eating on we also had so many ants. OTS came out and sprayed and about a week later we are already starting to regrow grass and I have not seen an ant since great company great service!

We hired Oklahoma termite specialist when we were in the process of purchasing our new home. They came out and did a thorough inspection of our property and our home for an extremely reasonable price. And better yet, they have a guarantee that they will stand by their inspection results. My realtor, who I find to be very trustworthy, told me that they are excellent with standing by that guarantee.
So we chose them to come out and we were very pleased with the results. We were so pleased that we hired them to do the quarterly pest control services at our home. Someone came out recently and thoroughly explained the process to us and completed the job in a very professional and timely manner. I appreciate this company with their excellent customer and outstanding guarantee. I look forward to working with them for pest prevention in the future.

Called for them to come out and spray again because we were seeing spiders. The first time they sprayed, they said they would guarantee anything during the three months. We called after the second month to tell them we needed them to come back out. They said it was to close to three months and we would have to pay again. They did not follow through on their end of the business contract.

Just recently had a home inspected for termites and the inspector was very thorough. He inspected both interior and exterior for any signs of those pesky pests. luckily no sign at this place! The inspection is also backed by a 1 year warranty, so if an area of the house is infected they will treat the affected area. He also explained that you could also extend that warranty yearly which I thought was awesome. it really gives you peace of mind.
