The Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma City allows accredited business owners to use their name and reputation in transactions that may appear dubious. A BBB accredited business owner showed up with the equipment, materials, truck and trailer for the job. Using the name and reputation of the BBB and his business, the owner collected most of the money up front with a promise to complete the work in a couple of weeks.

Over several months, this owner made numerous promises, but completed only about half of the job. The BBB deleted the complaint against this business stating that the owner acted as an individual, not a business, and assigned the business an A+ rating. When asked if this owner had one set of equipment, materials, truck and trailer for his individual use and another for his business, the BBB did not respond.

The BBB did not comment on the profanity laced, hate filled, threatening phone messages left by the business owner. The BBB did not inform the consumer of their decision or that they had deleted the complaint until asked. In justifying their decision, the BBB said there was "a thin line", with "so many gray areas."

This BBB is an absolute disgrace, joke, and COMPLETELY USELESS. Such an embarrassment of a business. They did absolutely NOTHING to help me, and now their number is also disconnected (which should tell you a lot about a business). Why they even exist is beyond me. Unreal.

I called to inquire about a business. They told me information i was concerned about. The representative was friendly, informative and knowledgeable.

'From top to bottom, the BBB is funded by the annual dues paid by businesses it anoints with "accreditation, " which allows the companies to put those iconic BBB stamps of approval on their storefronts and websites" I have went through everything the other posters have. When they do answer the phone they act like they cant hear you. They are funded by businesses and cant do anything if they did act.

Do not file a complaint here since nothing will be done. We had to prepay full amount for a truck bed for CM. Waited 6 months. The dealer called and said it was in and for my husband to take off our truck bed. He did this and took to the dealer. CM had made the wrong bed. They thought it was a typo and ignored the dealers measurements(not a lot of 1 ton dually shortbeds).

The dealer called the company and told them what they had done. They said another 2-3 months for them to make it again(meanwhile we are without a truck and have livestock). Filed a complaint here. Head honcho called BBB and said we cancelled the order. WE DID NOT. The BBB closed the complaint and didn't even ask us. We even said in the complaint we just want the bed asap since we have livestock and cannot be without our truck.

The company said no way would they make our bed since we filled with the BBB. So companies can still do what they want to consumers without recourse. Lesson learned. Do not file a complaint. They will not do anything. Update. They said they had reopened the case. Not true. Never heard another word in over 2 weeks.

3 times I called and 3 times I was hung up on. I've navigated their process successfully on multiple occasions so I know this was on purpose. I hope they catch and fire the knitwhit canceling calls so we can get the help we need.

I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ANYONE WHO HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH KEO IT NATION OUT OF GUTHRIE, OK. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS KYE. I PRINTED A CHECK FOR KEO IT NATION AND GAVE IT TO KYE TO WORK ON MY COMPUTER. KYE ALWAYS MAKES YOU PAY HIM UP FRONT WHICH IS FINE I UNDERSTAND WHY HE WOULD DO THAT. I PRINTED A CHECK ON 4/29/20 KYE CASHED IT VIA MOBILE ON 4/30/20. HE KEEP THE CHECK AND ALSO RAN THE CHECK VIA MOBILE ON 11/30/21. HE BROGHT ME A COPY OF EVERY CHECK I HAD GIVEN HIM AND ADMITED TO HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS THAT IS THE REASON HE DID IT. I HAVE REPORT KYE TO THE POLICE. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

I had First Responders Restoration of Oklahoma do my roof from the hail storm earlier this year. I must say from the start they took care of everything. With the inspection has well has working with my insurance company. They showed true professionalism from from the start. I hope I never go through the hail storm again but if I do I will call First Responders Restoration.

I filled a BBB complaint with the Local BBB about Travis Watkins who's manager Maverick exposed me to Covid-19 and who chose to not tell me about it till I started digging in to why they closed the office and cancelled my appointment. I had also filed a complained about the terrible tax issues that resulted from doing business with Travis Watkins.

However the BBB send me a letter staring I was not this companies client and refused to post my complaint or seek a response for me. I called the BBB and was eventually transferred to a voice mail. It is frustrating to see a well respected company like the BBB shield a company from consumer complaints and still provide an A+ raring to a company with so many consumer complaints and who's manager has so little regard for the health and safety of their customer's that they attempt to hide having exposed them to deadly virus.

This is the most unprofessional and laughable organization I have ever encountered. I have been leaving messages for weeks and they refuse to call. I have called and left message after message sent emails with no response. They will not even let me cancel my account. It is so ridiculous that it feels like someone is playing a joke on me. Their voicemail says they will return my call within twenty four hours but no. They will not return calls in 24 days. I would be out of business if I provided my customers this level of service.
