Was a customer for over 15 years, called this week about a rodent at pool screen and wanted a few rodent boxes set out, Just ask for it to be done, they came and did our service and no boxes put out after i was told they would take care it, Had to call again and asked they do it. They sent a tech out and he did not put any out had the office call and tell me it would be 275. to do and they rent them.
I had never had any issues about the cost its just the back and forth over the service that was really not handle very will. I called a new company that came out and put out boxes same day @ 5.00 a month and will start doing the service for our pest control. Its sad a company that has been around so long handle a customer this way.

Just the first visit but the experience was very seamless. The office was very helpful. The technician explained what he was doing and what my options were. Didn't rush through the job and made me feel comfortable with the process. Also said he'd come by in 2 weeks to make sure the ant issue had been fixed.

These folks are who you want taking care of your property! Just installed a new lawn, and called Palm Coast, on a recommendation, to come out and discuss care before the lawn was installed. They sent Fred (a company man for 15+ yrs). Amazing. Knowledgeable. INTERESTED in horticulture, and caring for it. As a Landscape Designer, I was looking for a company who knew their stuff, and I heard all the right things from Fred on that account. an alternative service that is environmentally friendly. AND, Fred likes my dog.

I have had Palm Coast Pest Control since I moved to Florida 18 years ago. Joe has kept me bug free but more importantly, he educates me and gives me tools to use to increase my awareness of any potential problems. Customer service has always taken care of any issues STAT! I'm a nurse and I like a clean house! I would never switch, even when offered "deals".
