Black or brown, seven to 10 inches long, with a long tail, large ears and eyes, and a pointed nose. Body is smaller and sleeker than Norway rat, but the tail is longer. Fur is smooth.Nesting sites include inside and under buildings, or in piles of rubbish or wood. They are excellent climbers that can often be found in the upper parts of structures. Roof rats are highly adaptable they prefer to live in high places, but may live in a variety of environments. They are nocturnal by nature and are accomplished climbers.

These rodents are small and slender in appearance, only measuring in at three to four inches long, with large ears, small eyes and pointed nose. House mice are a light brown or light gray in color. Their droppings can be found in their home range and are rod-shaped.They generally nest within structures and burrows. They will establish a "territory" or "home range" near food sources that are generally 10 to 30 feet from their nest.

Although ticks are commonly thought of as insects, they are actually arachnids like scorpions, spiders and mites. All members of this group have four pairs of legs as adults and have no antennae. Made one phone call and spoke to the owners wife who made the appointment. The owner, Mike, came by the next day as scheduled listened to my concerns thoroughly inspected the entire house inside and out laid out a treatment plan performed all the work and was done before lunchtime. He was considerate of the house to not let any pets out or get dirt on the floor, treated the inside with chemicals that were not harmful to children or pets.
He then treated the entire outside as well and was probably 1/3 of the price of the commercial big names in the exterminating business. I would recommend this business to anyone with pest elimination needs of any kind.

I've been using Pest Police since 2012 when I moved into a rental house which had a "bug" problem. that's right.cockroaches. I was so grossed out but Mike came out and sprayed and a few days later, saw them again, Mike came out and sprayed, rinse and repeat. finally they were gone and this delayed my moving in there for about 10 days, but he took care of them and then he came once every 2 months for maintenance and everything's been great.
I bought my house back in 2014 and he's been coming in taking care of inside and out and I have no issues with any bugs. Florida has a lot of ants but I've never had any issues in this house. Mike is the best and I would recommend him to anyone anytime.

I've never hired a pest control company and just like a previous review states, I was a little skeptical. That was 2 years ago and Mike still comes out every two months to spray my house and yard. I've moved three times since hiring them and they have always been accommodating. Mike is very sincere and knowledgable. He's taken care of both a flea problem and a tick issue I had at separate times. Needless to say that I do have cats and dogs and have never had an issue with the products they use. Anytime someone asks me about a pest control company, I always recommend Pest Police.

This company has been phenomenal from the start. They customize what we need and make changes if the season or environment calls for it. No matter what problem we have had, Dorian has been there with not only a solution, but also an education on the problem and options for treating. He is polite, professional, efficient, extremely dog-conscious, and does it all with friendliness.
To top it all off, he works around my schedule and their prices are great! My experience: The house we bought 2 years ago sat vacant for a year before we bought it and we had multiple issues immediately while we renovated and disrupted the pests' homes - white flies (oh, the white flies), 2 different kinds of ants, cockroaches, lizards, mice, bees, wasps, and because we live near a lake, these little green flying bugs all over the place.
Within a month, Dorian had everything under control and within a couple of months, we had no more problems with any of it - he even saved a dying tree from white flies when our community's landscaping people couldn't. He did special treatments for the major problems and then treated the house, the garage, the yard, and educated me on maintenance and what to look for.
He is very communicative about any potential issues he sees, is open to spot treatments if needed, and lets me know when its time for our next treatment. You can't beat these guys!

I am so thoroughly impressed with this company. When my boyfriend and I bought our house, we had a problem with ghost ants, silverfish, flying insects, and little spiders. We decided to hire Pest Police 911 after we called around for quotes. We were impressed with Mike's customer service and interest in accommodating us and our schedule. They also use a pet-safe and child-safe solution in their spray, which was a very big plus for us.
For our case in particular, he charged us a little over $100 for one time service, and then he comes every 2 months for a smaller fee. Let me tell you, I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if it was really going to keep all the bugs away especially since we live on the water, but he has done an excellent job at taking care of ALL the bugs.
Sometimes I call him for a touch up when I see a couple of ants scurrying around, especially during the rainy season, and he comes free of charge because he guarantees his work. I strongly recommend this company for all your pest-control needs!

Amazing contractor. We searched and interviewed many different pest control providers before we came across Pest Police 911. We left a message and they returned our phone call within 5 minutes. They were able to answer all our questions regarding their products since we have three dogs at home. We only want the pet-friendly products used around our house. Dorian arrived on time and very courteous.
He thoroughly explained the products he was using, where he applied the product, and target pests. He then cleaned the areas around the house free of spider webs. It is so refreshing to see someone who is still willing to provide top notch service and stay true to their believe. I am recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys are great! The price is fair and the service is excellent. I chose them based on another Google review and it was right on. Between visits, if you have any bugs, call them and they will come right over. Also, they are very flexible. We are moving soon and wish I could get their service in my new location.

Best Pest Control in the Coral Springs Area. I live in Margate and had a problem with german roaches, i called orkin to come over.after 45 mins and a huge sales pitch the total came out to 600+ for a year with a warranty. OMG. so i looked to see if there was a better prices company in my area. I called and got mike on the second ring.he was over within 2 hours of my call.
He charged $100 for the initial visit and 40$ every 2 months for a full warranty. It has been a month and no signs of those DAMN german roaches. thank you god.i mean mike at pest police
