I talked to many different exterminators but Kraig took the time to answer my questions and handle my concerns. I have small children and animals so I had many questions about the chemicals being used. Kraig set me up with a chemical free (somewhat organic) plan that has worked perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Kraig and the whole Texas Star crew. It is nice to work with a family owned and operated business. They are great people that focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
