We have been using Alcon for years, this is a great service. We had 2 squirrels that had found their way into our chimney and lodged in the fireplace. Sean came and removed them and then sealed up the chimney on the roof to prevent them climbing in again. Would recommend their fast, efficient and friendly service. Service: Rodent extermination

Alcon is different than the larger corporate pest control companies. They run a smaller, more boutique service company. Kenneth has been out twice. Always on time. Very professional. Explains the problem and the proposed service. In both cases they come back out to inspect and make sure the problem is solved. I highly recommend Alcon and Kenneth.

Alcon Services has been my pest control service for over 15+ years. They are always prompt, friendly and provide excellent service. They always work with my schedule, which is not easy by any means of the imagination. I would recommend them to friends and family. Yes, they are that good!

Shawn was awesome! Very professional, friendly, and the service cost was at a great price! I called him about a wasp nest on my house and Shawn came out the very next day to knock it down and spray away any other pests. He doesn't pressure you to sign up for any annual contracts, just gives you options and information. Which is important to me! Totally straight forward and honest. FYI: Shawn is the owner and terminator: Good guy.

I had a small termite infestation. Just bad luck. Very responsive. Local & family owned - active in community. I can't recommend them more. Knows their stuff and doesn't use scare tactics to force you to buy.

I've used big named pest control companies in the past and always got turned off by the contract and seeing a different person each time they came around but there's something to be said about using a local, family-owned company that you can trust. I've known about Alcon for a year now and heard about them through the owner's wife on social media but never had to use them as I've sprayed for bugs on my own in the past but recently I've seen an increase in bugs beyond my control.

I called Alcon and the owner, Sean Cassidy, got back to me the same day and I made an appt for the very next day. He told me either he or Corey would be out to treat the interior/exterior of my house. They are the only two guys to do it so that makes me feel good knowing it's someone I can trust everytime they come out. Corey was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative about the entire process.

Their prices are competitive and similar to the bigger companies but I'd rather give my money to them than to anyone else. I highly recommend using their services and they'll be around for a long time as the owner's father used to run the business so no worries about using a company that goes bankrupt (it happened to me!) Call them and you won't be sorry!
