He is a specialist in termite inspections for residential and commercial structures. Ray enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and their families. He enjoys church activities, adventure traveling and soccer. His physical pursuits include: long bicycle rides, working out in the gym, hiking and backpacking.
Kevin Earp
Kevin Earp holds licenses in Structural Pest Control Board as a Branch II Operator and Branch III Field Representative as well as certification in Bird Barrier technology. Kevin has four children, and is a proud grandpa. He plans to get his grandson behind the wheel of a race car as soon as he can reach the pedals!

This business routinely billed for services not rendered or performed 25% of the job. The technician was supposed to provide a courtesy text or call to ensure that someone was home. This did not happen and therefore he sprayed the front of the house but billed as if he sprayed the whole outside of the house and inside. I called to fix this problem but it continued to happen. I called to cancel services but they still came out and billed for another day and 25% of a job done.

Take Care Termite is the best around! I have used several pest control companies in the past, and always seem to end up with Terminix, as they've sell out to them. I switched to Take Care over a year ago, and they have been doing an awesome job. I have never known my tech from previous companies, but always get pro in Rodney for my pest control from Take Care. No worries about them selling out, as they have been going strong for 25 years!

I had termites but Will's inspection report indicated I first had to have 3rd parties do some repairs and Will guided me through that as well. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He was helpful above & beyond and patient with my many questions. Will was my rock throughout it all. amazing to work with! After the termite treatment Jason treated for some minor fungus and dry rot.
He did a good job quickly and was very helpful. A delight to work with. In fact all of TCT's people are wonderful and their customer service outstanding. I've used their quarterly pest control service for many years and have dealt with Ray, Todd, Denise, Rodney, Will, Brittany, Relda, Jason. Awesome company!

We are selling our home and needed a pest report. Ray Carrier with Take Care Termite came right out and provided us with a detailed report and recommended repairs. We selected Ray's company to perform all of the repairs except the plumbing. They were so considerate of our short time-line, able to accommodate us with timing and got the work done quickly, professionally and beautifully.
We cannot even tell where the repairs were made vs. the original building. Not only that, but they left the place spotless. I hope they can service us at our new address. We highly recommend Take Care Termite and Pest Control.

I have had the opportunity of using Take care termite for two different occasions. For my rental in san lorenzo which required termite work and my purchase of my primary residence in Livermore. Both times Ray and his crew amazed me with there attentiin to detail at a fair price. Also Ray and his crew take care of our home amd business for Pest control anything that bugs bites or chews take care termite will take care of it for you. Thanks take care termite.
