Mr. Neal came by to inspect for termites. He was on time, very thorough, professional and took the time to explain. In the end it seemed it was ants that had swarmed and not termites but he inspected the entire property. Very pleasant and professional. He left me reference material so I could be better informed and know what to look for moving forward.

We had used many pest companies come out to control carpenter ants which years ago destroyed the front of our home. Jeff and his crew have been a great find! Jeff Neal has been coming to my elderly dad's house for years, and has been very understanding with the changes in the household over time as my dad was diagnosed with dementia and could no longer maintain his 200-year old home as well as he had in the past. Jeff is a kind and thoughtful man, and been very willing to work with my dad's decreased abilities. Jeff goes about his work around the house very professionally, and then explains things in a very thorough and respectful manner to my dad so that he understands.
We recently found a large decomposing animal in my dad's cellar, and Jeff came out right away to remove the remains and to refer us to a wildlife specialist for prevention of larger animals entering the house. The office staff at Neal are always professional, patient, understanding and helpful. My siblings and I are managing our dad's home from a distance and we have always been fully informed after each visit by Jeff and his team. I give Jeff and Neal Pest Control the highest rating!

Within 24 hours of making a request for a survey to be done, Jeff and Larry were at my home accurately within the window of time they predicted. They were very friendly and professional and made recommendations which I honestly felt were in my best interest as a customer. While explaining the results of the survey they followed up with several options which were very cost effective, all while being respectful and did not try to sway me in any direction.

I just want to let everyone know about the fantastic experience that I had with Neal Pest Control. Jeff came out yesterday and spent well over an hour going over our barn and very old house. Although we clearly have some old pest damage, none of it was current and Jeff had great recommendations. I feel like a less honest pest inspector could have taken us for a ride but this was not the case with Jeff. He is also a really nice guy and if we have any insect issues then we will definitely call him.
