Had an appointment for an inspector to come out between 4 and 5pm. 5pm rolls around and no inspector. I call the office and the receptionist tries to contact the inspector, but to no avail. 30 minutes later I call the emergency line and the receptionist says she will send the on call inspector to my home. It is now 6:45pm and I've heard nothing, the inspector is a no-show, and there is still a creature thrashing around dying of exhaustion in my wall. This is beyond poor service, it's non-existent. Royal Pest you have lost a customer without ever setting foot in my home.
