Our HOA (26 homeowners) has used Lanier Exterminating Service for many years. We have been very pleased with their pest control on a monthly basis as a consistently reliable, effective and professional company. All homeowners provide the company technician with a key for access, with the clear understanding what date (2 hour window of arrival) services will be rendered, with the same agreed upon day each month.
They always knock/ring doorbell and announce who they are before entering the premises. We can recommend their services as an ethical, cost effective and quality organization.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Do not recommend this company. Company deletes all bad reviews and has coworkers and family members leave good reviews to make them seem like a 5 star company when they are far from being a 5 star company. Staff is rude and the business is not very professional
