I can't even begin to express how appreciative I am of this team. They were extremely efficient, honest, and helpful with removing a squirrel. We have been using Expest for four years and they have been great. Always on time and extremely friendly as well. This home was a foreclosure home and had a severe bug issue when we purchased it and now pretty much bug free. We also use them for our termite bond as well and would highly recommend them for both.

Tim and his crew have treated my house for years now. Anytime I've had issues, they have immediately made a trip over to correct it. The mosquito treatment is fantastic! Prior to treatment, we couldn't go outside for 10 minutes without getting eaten alive. Now, we can enjoy the yard without having to use any bug spray!

I've been working with Tim and Expest for many years and two houses. They are professional, responsive, thorough, and honest. I have had serious issues, as well as the routine, and I have found the service and the pricing to be the definition of value. And they will never steer you wrong or sell you something you really don't need. Pest control, termites, and wildlife removal, they do it all. I highly recommend them, and they are local and family-owned/operated too!

Buyer Beware. You have to pay a hefty fee ($750 in 2008 - probably more now) upfront to have a contract) for service that includes repair if there is termite damage, then you pay a pricey yearly renewal fee. No one every followed up to come do the yearly inspect, but they take your check. Also they didn't explain - read the fine print - that you have to pay that same hefty fee again in 10 years. So, do the math, your contract costs much more than you think. I'm not renewing.

Great Team. I've used Expest for the past three homes and service just can't be beat. The rates are great, service is superlative and customer service is always a pleasure. We feel like Chris with Expest is one of our own for he has watched our daughter grow up with us. We had a serious issue with squirrels coming into our attic and making a huge mess. We hired ExPest to seal our home 6 years ago and we haven't had any issues since. They also handle our routine pest control and termite bond. Prompt, professional, personable and very reasonable. A local company and not a big corporate one that sends out different folks every time. I highly recommend.

I have been very happy with the services provided by Expest. Every summer I had ants invading my home and it was a constant battle. Expest has eliminated the problem completely. The representative not only solved the problem but was informative as well and genuinely concerned in ensuring that the issue was completely resolved and that I was happy with the results. I have pets and he was very sensitive to my concerns regarding their safety. I can certainly recommend their services.
