The pest guy damaged my hearth by smudging it up with ash. They sent another contractor out to clean it, which he was unable to fully do. When I asked him what I should do about it, he said I should file a claim on my insurance or hire another contractor to fix it, which they would pay for. When I tried to pin down details, he walked out of my house. The company will no longer answer any phone calls so it looks like I'm up the creek.

These guys are super knowledgeable, professional, fast and friendly. Even if you have to leave a message, your phone call is returned within a few minutes. And, Repsie schedules the appts right away. The guys come out in a marked truck and uniforms, so you know who they are. They return quickly, no questions asked, if the bugs move to another location. I have used Chaparral for a long time now ever since the termites swarmed in our living room. We plan to transfer their service to the new owners of our house while we resume their service in our new house when it becomes time to re-treat.
