Austin came and took care of our ant problem inside the house and the outside perimeter. He was courteous, professional, explained every step of the process and was extremely thorough. He gained my trust immediately and was a gentleman the whole way through. Ive called this company in the past when I had termites and they did a fantastic job. The prices are more than fair and Austin's customer service was perfect.

Appointments are easy to make; communication is great; the technician is very polite & respectful. I had used another company for flea treatment & it was a horrible experience. The company did not follow up in 2 weeks therefore the process wasn't successful. The results I saw after using Family Pest Control was 100% different. I am very pleased doing business with Family Pest Control. They visit my home every 90 days! My house is new and I'm trying to make sure I don't get any creeping crawlers inside my house. My last Technician was a gentleman name Benjamin! He was very professional and courteous! I told him all my concerns and he took care of them. Was already doing some light home pest treatment but wanted to have a professional start general preventative pest control. The customer service was outstanding upon my first call to schedule an appointment. The rep (slipping my mind but believe his name was Edward) was very informative and a great listener when I explained what I was looking for.

You will receive plenty of communication via email & text informing of appointments. Was useful as they did have to move the appointment by 1 hour, which was fine with us, they also offered a reschedule if needed. Jonathan H came out today to preform the preventative care and do a termite inspection. He was very professional and also very informative with his work and on some topics that came from our conversation.

He was very respectful of our home and concerns. Decided not to do the termite preventative care quite yet due our own decision as we were mainly interested in the quote. It seemed reasonable as with their normal services. Within the next couple months we will be using their service due to the experience we had so far with Family Pest Control. Will update if there's any issues we find as they did just spray today but not expecting there to be!

Natasha came out to our home yesterday and did a great job! She was very friendly and thorough and looked at everything I asked her to. So far, it seems like the treatment has been effective. I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided!

We had our 3rd treatment today and Johnathan did a fantastic job he was extremely helpful with information and was very thorough on the job he did.
