Love my service tech, Markus! We are a new client in Oakdale. He explained everything so well when setting us up for service. But he was really great on our first service walkthrough - he was familiar with the property but checked for problem areas, suggested some service that would help keep our home free of pests and gave us some extra tips. He didn't rush, listened to all our concerns and explained exactly what he was going to be doing.

His communication before the first service was great, letting me know when our account was set up, was the charges were going to be and when our service would start. Loved getting a text message confirming date and window of time that the service would be scheduled so I can make sure my dog is out of the way and safe! Excellent service so far and looking forward to being a long-term client of Insect IQ.

I've been using Insect IQ for 4+ years. They've always been super reliable, friendly and honest. There is many wonderful technicians but Eddie Esparza is my absolute favorite. He is really friendly, quick and THOROUGH and makes sure every inch of my property has been properly taken care of. The office staff and rest of on-site technicians equally as wonderful. Definitely recommend them 110%!

The exterminator Dalton was very respectful of my time and my home, he was able to remove all the webs from the exterior of my home and sprayed out and inside. Would definitely recommend! 10/10 Services: Spider extermination, Ant extermination, General pest inspection

I am always pleased after every visit. Since i started this service i have had no issues with bugs in and out side of home. The service at customer Service area is always helpful with my calls. My exterminator Derrick has been such a great help goes through every area of my home and answers all my questions and follows through on getting them answered and done. I recommend him and this company you will be glad you made that call.'

Insect IQ sprays a lot of product which controls the ant problem I had. Roaches and other bugs are virtually gone too. I learned over time a consistent bimonthly spray is best program. Only spraying couple times a year let's my neighbors bugs creep back into my property. Bimonthly spraying is required to control my insects as well the neighbor's bugs that are always on the March spreading into my property.

The technician that generally services my house is fantastic. He is extremely polite and literally on time, every time. Since I have been using Insect IQ, every tech that has been to my house has been awesome. I have had them since 2019 and over time, the amount of bugs I see have dramatically reduced. I was always quite concerned about Black Widows and because day 1 at my house my son almost ran into the goliath of black widows.

I really can't say enough good things about them. Super great team of techs. I am also in the customer service industry and I am more than happy to continue using these guys.

We just re-started our service after purchasing a new home in an adjacent county. Our technician Derrick was very professional, helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions regarding an ant issue. We will request that he service our account on a regular basis. The office staff does a great job also.

The team and customer service staff are superb. Responsive, polite and efficient. Effective products used and I can't recommend them more! 10/10

I have been using Insect IQ for about 3 years now and have never cancelled my regular scheduled pest control services - because I've been happy. I am a realist, and understand I will still have occasional ants or other issues, but anytime I've called them to let them know there's an issue - they always send someone out same day or next day to get it under control.

Their staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They also have respected my boundaries to not spray around my dog run, to keep my animals safe. I recommend Insect IQ to anyone, and definitely recommend going with a regularly scheduled service over a one-time thing. Thanks Insect IQ!

Bi-monthly servicing is performed with no issues. Alerts are sent ahead of time for reminders, and changes in scheduling are easily accommodated. Always professional, always on time.

Service is excellent! Very happy customer! Have been using there bi monthly home pest control services for about year, best decision! All concerns are addressed. Have had them come back out and spray in between normal service dates, very accommodating and responsive!

I can't say enough about Insect IQ. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! Brianna in the office is always responsive and addresses any questions or needs we have in a timely manner. We recently had a mite issue with our pup who unfortunately brought them back home from a hike and Brianna got on it RIGHT AWAY! Literally drove to our house to collect a sample so that they could be sure to address the issue correctly. David Sanchez who is our regular technician came out the very next day and gave us all of the confidence that we would be taken care of. I called them yesterday for a quote, excellent customer service. They were honest and this morning they stopped by, took their time, did their job and left. Amazing!

Insect IQ is totally awesome. We had them first at a house we were renting. They helped us deal with more than just insects. When we found mice in our garage, they mentioned they have services to fight mice as well. We paid for a couple of traps, they explained how they worked and checked them every visit. When we were finally able to buy our own house we were so satisfied that we carried Insect IQ to our new address.

Same GREAT service. This is where we met Tony. After one visit I knew I wanted Tony all the time. He is friendly and professional and carefully explains what he is doing every time he stops by. Danny was super friendly, cheerful, on time and greeted all of us! He was a delight to chat with and we requested to have him as our regular! He asked us about our concern areas and what we were experiencing in terms of pests. The customer service desk associate named Brianna is also very pleasant and helpful. She also sends out text messages for reminders of appointments and helped me set up the service all online. Overall we're really happy with the service and plan to continue with it. We hope the employees are happy and taken care of here.

Insect IQ has always addressed my needs. I have been with this company for a few years now and I have yet to find any issues to complain about. At one time I was an employee of two other pest control companies. I worked in sales and as a technician for a while but I would not use either of them now.

As a first time home owner, I wanted the best pest control defense there was and insect iq is it! I enjoy knowing my home is pest free and web free, I also enjoy the fact that I can trust them to enter my home and not need to worry! Not only did I sign my house up but I also signed my parents house up and they are just as content as I am! Don't hesitate to call them, they're always on top of their game when it comes to responding!

We bought our home back in August 2020. Soon after moving in, we secured Insect IQ. We immediately noticed that every single creepy crawler was gone on day one! We recently obtained Insect IQ for a few critters here and there. Mainly spiders! We will continue using this company because of their professionalism and quality of work. Every six months would make us happy. And our mini Yorkie won't have to chase earwigs, spiders, and roaches to eat. Yukkkk

My boyfriend & i are first time homeowners and was recommended insect iq. we had a really bad bug problem in the beginning since our home wasn't lived in & our neighbors do not get pest control treatments. we had them come out in between services to get the bugs under control. insect iq worked with us and our issues & we are now living in our home bug free! david s. was our technician yesterday. he was so professional, easy to talk to, & answered all of my questions concerning the safety of our puppy. insect iq also sends out a very informative email stating all of the products used. for my own peace of mind i researched the products and discovered insect iq uses all eco friendly and natural products that are safe for people & pets! i love that my family & my puppy is safe from chemicals and nasty bugs.

Omgosh! Tony is the nicest guy ever! I hit the jackpot when we get Tony, all jokes aside he is just super nice, friendly and knowledgeable! And actually cares to make my kids and my self feel comfortable again and not have to be worried about any spiders coming to give us bug bites. My 15 year old was bit but we don't know by what her room was clean! Couldn't find anything!

But just to be sure and put our mind at ease he still took the time to spray under her mattress and all around in and under bed, we took the whole thing apart! WOW he's so Great! THANKS TONY!.now we don't have to worry!

Awesome company. They're always very professional, friendly, and responsive. We had a mild recurrence of insects after one of their treatments, and they came out again immediately to re-spray and fix it free of charge. You can tell they take pride in their work! Would highly recommend to everyone.

I was referred to this company from a friend. I had plans to call many different companies throughout Modesto to get the best price, BUT when I hung up the phone with one of their employees named Priscilla, I knew I was going to chose this company. I'm still in awe and admiration for the exceptional customer service that she provided. I had about 50 questions and not only did she answer each one with such a pleasant voice, but she gave me even more information that I didn't know about what a Pest Control company can do for me.

Just interacting with Priscilla alone, is enough to get 4 stars. She's the first person that i spoke with, that represented this company, and she has represented the company well! Now the quality of the services is 5 stars! I have dealt with the technician named David S. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and answers any questions I have. He cleans the webs off of the exterior and hasn't missed any webs. He's EXTREMELY thorough in every service and patient as I try to get my dogs inside/outside the house so he can continue. I've noticed that I no longer have any pests inside the house nor outside with just the first service.

Every time he finishes spraying the house, I noticed that he gets every corner and inch of the property. I haven't dealt with the other technicians but interacting with Priscilla and David S has made this a company that I will forever recommend to anyone!

Without Question the best insect and rodent control company I have ever used! I'm a recent transplant from LA to Modesto, and our house was over run with rats the size of Yorkies! A tech came out and after our first visit, the problem was nearly eliminated! I signed up for a service contract and this visit really prompted me to write about Insect IQ!

Service is Amazing! Tony is a rock star! Best service ever! Took care of all of our needs, understood and was able to come up with a creative baiting solution for our rodent problem! I'm really grateful for the extra step service and will be recommending InsectIQ to everyone I know!

Their guy broke 2 pots, sprayed a cloud of fumigant in front of me as I was walking inside with groceries, which I inhaled & got all over my clothes. He even sprayed the doorknob just before I walked inside. I don't think I'll use them again.
