Hutto Pest Services

Do not sign up for the quarterly service. It's a scam. I signed up for it January of this year, after the original service and two recurring services we have not seen any more bugs but I am unable to get out of the service contract despite no longer needing the service. The company was short and hostile and unwilling to be flexible so we will not be using them again. Just call them as you need them because they will not let you out of your contract. Or find another provider.

Len came out originally for an inspection. He gave us some great advice and got us set up to have some work done. After everything was done, Len came back out a couple of days later for a follow up visit. My youngest daughter wasn't feeling well from an earache. Lens response was incredible. Genuine care, genuine concern, and just really made her smile and showed compassion.

I wont go into detail but I will say this. I will absolutely call Hutto Pest if I ever need them again. You can teach Pest Control, but you can't teach compassion. Thank you Len and Hutto Pest for your service. You've got a client for life with us!

Pests are never fun, and Hutto Pest Control were very professional, kind and got the job done quickly. From the nice lady who answered the phones to the pest control guy that came to the front door, they made me feel like I got my money's worth. They gave me the peace of mind that the wasps were gone and if they returned they would come back out and take care of it!

I contacted Hutto Pest after hearing scratching noises in my Attic! They dispatched a Tech the same day, and he explained there were squirrels in the attic, how they entered, and the plan to get them out. The next day a technician cane. Plugged the holes and installed a door for the critters to exit! Needless to say, the attic is clear. I appreciate Hutto Pest for their great quality service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Hutto Pest Services.

Ownership seems to have an elitist attitude and not willing to listen to the customer to help iron out any communication disconnects. I tried to work with them on ironing out a new contract (at which they agreed to but later called me back and said that they didn't want to do it) but they were unwilling. Also charged me for a full service when I only received half the service. This staff can't get their own mind straight and completely contradicts themselves on a regular basis and to be honest their service isn't worth the price of dirt.

Called on a Monday morning as we started to notice an ant problem in the garage, they had a service tech out the same day to treat the issue and start quarterly service. The tech was very friendly and thorough. Hopefully they'll keep the pests away for years to come! Services: Ant extermination, Spider extermination

I just had the pleasure of speaking to Barbara to set up new service. Not only was she incredibly helpful and informative, she was genuinely a pleasure to talk to! She was even able to set me up with an appointment for the next day to start my bimonthly service! The service agreement and prices are very fair and transparent. I am very pleased with my experience so far and seeing plenty of other 5 star reviews makes me feel confident the pest control service will be great as well.

We had just moved into our newly built home. You would think everything would be perfect when it comes to building brand new. What we didn't know was all type of critters scatter when this happens. We had damage from rodents inside the house creating a uneasy time our first week. We called hutto pest and Barbara at the office was amazing! She was super informative and gave us exact details of which steps we could take with no pressure added!

We ended using them for not only the rodents but pest service as well. After the pest service we didn't see anything inside the house which was great. They came every other day to check the traps in our home and had great communication throughout the process and still do with any questions we have. We dealt with Michael most of the time and he is definitely knowledgeable and awesome at his job.

I would recommend and already do to anyone who is needing these services. ***Adding to my older review over a year later but still receiving amazing & friendly service which is hard to come by nowadays. When Joe left he left my daughter an insect coloring book and she was thrilled!

Jason was AWESOME! Explained our issues and why he thought we were having them. He is welcome back in our home Anytime! Barbara who handled my original service request was sooo nice as well. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a company who appreciates your business. Our ant problem has almost disappeared even though we were advised it might take multiple treatments. The best judge of character was our dog Ben who made sure to give Jason plenty of love. Thanks guys, you will be back at our house for many years to come.

We were referred by a family member who highly recommended. Sharon was very helpful with my initial call. She explained the services offered and cost options. She was friendly and professional. At our first service visit Omar was very though in explaining all aspects of service that he would be preforming, was also polite, and friendly. We are definitely going to recommend Hutto pest service to family and friends.
