Sam was very polite & explained in detail about the roach treatment. We had large tree roach problems. Will use them again if necessary.

Enrique came to estimate a persistent ant problem. He diagnosed type of ants, educated about why they have been hard to control then prescribed what I could purchase and how to use instead of doing the job himself at a higher cost. He then walked around the property-2.5 wooded lot- and discussed the challenges with solutions I could manage by myself. Enrique has decades of experience/knowledge and provided all of it without proposing quotes for services that I don't necessarily need.

He provided personal encyclopedic recommendations, took his time; about a half hour, at no cost. I would have paid for his knowledge! He is a great resource. If he says I need an expert, I can trust his service and price and probably will be more knowledgeable by the time he's finished. Other pest control agencies have a built in billed returns. Enrique will resolve the issue and guarantee his work without recurring costs. This was the best service ever, I now know how to manage my land and there was no cost.

This company is great! We were suffering from a severe fire ant infestation in our yard that moved into our home, needless to say we needed help ASAP! We always use organic products as much as possible and we're excited to find this gem in Austin. They got us in really fast, and the team member who came out was professional & a super nice guy.

They even offer a 3 month warranty, which we had to use because we live in the country, but they never came back inside the house. Only downside is they charge $50 extra to travel to dripping from Austin, which is a bit steep, but all in all a wonderful company.

They are awesome! I've been using them for years and they have done a great job every time. They come out and I don't have to worry about bugs for a year or two until it wears off. They even educated me about the ants and how to keep them away. The tech was super friendly and very professional and knowledgeable and followed COVID protocols. I highly recommend them!

I've been in Austin a long time and used the other chemical-free service in town and found Aztec to be a breath of fresh air. No hard selling, no contracts. This year they were truly wonderful about helping us with a huge rat infestation that the big home and commercial service didn't seem to know how to fix. We had one alpha male that avoided all traps, but Sam was fabulous about getting things under control. I LOVE this company! They don't rely on contracts requiring you to shell out a few hundred dollars every three months, they get the job done and explain to you how and why it works, all while keeping you (and your furry friends) safe from the toxic poisons that others use. Their services are so effective that we only need to use them every 3-4 years, and they say that that's the norm. Call and see how soon you can be bug free!

Great service-no overselling it! Their products are actually non toxic unlike what other companies advertise (no Pyrethroids are not organic or pet and people safe). I usually only need sprayed twice a year although i needed some repeat sprays (which were free of charge) after getting new sod which came with a bunch of roaches. They are quick, efficient, and fair.

We initially hired Aztec treat for pest control - the bugs that everyone in Austin seems to have - but then realized we also needed rodent removal! They are knowledgeable about their work and are quick, efficient and on time. Early, even! Priced right for all budgets. We plan to call them again for another round of pest control. Have been using them for three years now and their one time per year treatment really is sufficient. At least in our case. They will not try to sell you on monthly or quarterly contracts. Since they only come out once per year, they are also cheaper than pretty much all other companies that charge you monthly.

Got scammed as routinely only had the attic treated. Last time they came, I got a bill that included the entire yard--which was never discussed or authorized. Bill was over $200. Fat chance ever see them again. Buyer Beware. Check out their history before you ever invest because it is apparent they have done scamms in the past, never done the work, or used ineffective treatments. DO NOT SETTLE FOR SUCH POOR UNSCRUPULOUS TREATMENT that shows up repeatedly over and over. Inconsistency or bad employees or etc only replect management. BUYER BEWARE

While i appreciate that Aztek exists, returns calls, and shows up at job we found it rather troublesome that they don't: represent honestly what a first visit entails. call on their way (this happened both visits), provide the promised materials.

When the tech forgot what was promised, he attempted to schedule another appointment for an additional fee. We worked with Sam. Some of the other service employees might be better. The pest service itself worked well, but we felt Aztek Organic Pest Service was far less honest and communicative than other professional services we've used.

Responsive and fast service as always. Friendly on the phone and the tech was also friendly. They called when they were on their way and got to work right away. I prefer Aztec because I can call them to come out on an as-needed basis rather than having to subscribe to an annual contract like mosts other places.

Sam, the tech, was informative and professional. Sam arrived early into the time frame, was fast, but not too fast, friendly, and seemed caring. I am pleased with the service. There is a 90 day warranty with the scorpion treatment, check back to see if my opinion has changed. It was raining so the outside perimeter treatment will be done with seven days.

Loved these guys! It's my first time to use their service but they are really good. They lay down their organic pesticide around like they know exactly where the bugs are! Highly recommend!

I have had carpenter ants living in my windows for years, I know I should have dealt with it sooner. Aztec came out and they were gone almost immediately and have not show any recurrence in a month. The response was fast, on time, effective, and professional. I don't know what more you want from a company. Now it is time to see how they do on roaches.

We used Aztec Organic pest control for 2 years with very, very good results. We have seasonal infestation of those horrid flying roaches common in the Austin area. But the 3rd year we had to call them back for 2 re-treatments. Each time I was suspicious that the new technician assigned to us was not actually doing a thorough job. The third time convinced me that he was not doing much of anything.

I arrived home just as he was leaving. I did not see the usual evidence of treatment and he lied about treating the garage. He did not ask a family member who was at the house to open the garage door so there is no way he could have treated it. We still have the problem after spending nearly 300 for the treatment. Money down the drain.

Scott is a great guy---personable & easy-going. He does a great job & is someone I felt comfortable having in my home. I've used Aztec several times & had consistently good experiences, and they are really lucky to have a great tech like Scott on the job!

Love this place! I panicked after finding some bugs in the house after vacation and was able to capture a couple for inspection. First place I tried had no one to help, locked office door, call center answering in another state, but with 7 exterminating trucks out front. Found Aztec nearby on Yelp. Owner, Rob, was knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upsell a service we didn't need, and calmed our concerns right away! A harmless beetle we can get rid of on our own and gave us "green" ideas.

Aztec came out to treat spiders and small bugs. We had them do the repeat treatment since we saw spiders after they came out initially. We still have a problem indoors (and outdoors) I would save your money and go with another company that has a satisfaction guaranteed promise.

It was time to move on past our traditional pest control service. We never had any issues but wanted to elevate beyond chemicals that we felt were harming more than the enemy insects. My Aztec phone intake was handled by Rob. He was friendly, professional and informative. Their system and pricing seemed attractive. David came to our house. He explained a lot and answered all my questions up front.

From that conversation and looking at our house, he suggested a plan that sounded good then went for it. The service took about a half hour. No surprises and the price was as suggested. Good guy. I will definitely use Aztec and David again when some time has passed or we see more than a few invaders. I would/will give five stars but the fifth is for effectiveness. Time will prove that. Recommended.

Sam from Aztec has visited us once a year for the last 3 years - and for each visit he was extremely polite, and extremely professional. Roaches, rats and ants should start to quake when they see the Aztec Organics truck pull up! Very effective, and their pricing is fair.

This guy was amazing. Crawling in the attic in a low crawlspace around the edges like a madman. Laying down their organic pesticide. He was covered. He got in places in the attic hat are frankly impossible to imagine. I forgot to tell him about the access on the other side of the house, but he just bellied up and crawled through everything. Hours later scorpions started staggering around drunk like.

Easy to crush. I hope the poison lasts, because we don't like getting stung by scorpions. Twice was enough. Way better then the last ardvark logo company we used. No pressure or sales pitches.

I love Aztec Organic Pest Service. I have used them for ants more than anything. I don't know how those sneaky little bugs find their way into my house about once every couple of years but they are clever as heck. I think they are looking for water most of the time because they end up in my bathroom or under the kitchen sink. I can count on Aztec to cut them off at the pass (literally)!

I have two cats and lots of young kids in my family so organic and safe really matters to me but I am not a true hippy because I do want the bugs dead. With Aztec, I get both - LOL! I have used them for roaches and to knock down the bugs in my yard. I had an outdoor light fixture which had somehow become the housing development for a whole bunch of wasps one time. No matter the pest, I just call Aztec and they take care of it. so I don't have to!

This company always empresses me with their down to earth natural approach to getting rid of pests! Their workers are always willing to save you money by recommending ways to do it yourself the next time pests want to come live in your attic or wherever! The owner is a true old Austin icon! Give them a call!

So here goes.we had used this company a couple to few years back and the first service/guy who came out was great. Then the next year, it was time to get the spray done again and they did such a TERRIBLE JOB. I mean, literally only went in one room and then left. When we paid for the same service we had gotten before that was every room and crevice in and out of the house.

We let it go, but then ants were EVERYWHERE again within a month. We called them back and had to basically force them to come respray our house because of their error and they had a sour attitude about it. And yet again, they only sprayed where we saw the ants. Customer service is extremely RUDE. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

We've been using Aztec for about 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. Mostly have them come around once a year to keep the American roaches at bay. The house is old and full of nooks and crannies, and I reached the sad realization a while back that there was never going to be a way to fully stop them from coming in from time to time, but thanks to Aztec when they do come in, they don't last long!

One winter we got some rodents in the attic, and Aztec got them squared away for us, too. Scheduling has always been easy and friendly, pricing is very reasonable (never an upsell or anything), and the techs have been prompt, thorough, and courteous year after year. Ask for Scott to come to you if he's available, he's the best!

I can't even tell you how their services are, because I couldn't get past the horribly rude woman at the front desk to move forward. I called yesterday (4/10), to ask questions about flea treatment for apartment and pups. Admittedly, I did ask quite a few questions and she curtly asked me to read the website and then call back if I had more questions.

I read the website, and right at the top of the flea treatment page it says "please read all of this before calling." Fair enough, my bad. There was a line in the article I found very confusing, so I called and left a voicemail asking for clarification. I called the next day to follow up and ask a question about the product they recommended. The same woman answered, gave a short (and probably the least clarifying) response, and when I asked her to explain she got flustered and very rudely said "I have to go! I'm on the other line!" I just hung up on her out of frustration.

Why answer if you're on the other line? Or maybe politely ask me to hold? Not even from a customer service standpoint, but from a human to human standpoint this was crappy behavior, and I cannot believe any business would be okay with this.
