I was not only impressed with the professionalism, but the attention to detail from Justice Pest Services. They explained each and every chemical, repair and follow-up procedure. Something that no other company I've worked with before has done.

I have known Edwin Justice for over 4 years now and he has taken care of my extermination services all that time. I was happy when he started his own business and I have been extremely satisfied with his service, professional manner, and promptness and caring. Two years ago my husband had a stroke and Edwin gave me his home number and told me if we needed any help with anything just to call!

Justice Pest responded quickly scheduling a technician to come inspect and determine type of ants around my house. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained thoroughly. The treatment was done quickly and Justice Pest stands by their services. If after 2 weeks, the same pests ate noticed, the tech comes back promptly and retreats if needed. Awesome company!

I had them remove rodents from garage and house attics as I was getting my home ready for sale. They were great. They came when they were supposed to and took care of everything. I didn't have an infestation but I saw droppings, probably old but better to be safe than sorry. Other companies went up to give me estimates and said that they saw evidences of LOTS of rats.

They just wanted to scare me. Just went up and said they saw activity, but couldn't tell how recent. Seemed to be more honest and I really liked that approach. Other contractors boasted about the years they had in the industry and I was not impressed by the hard sell. They attempted to tell me all about points of entry when my contractor had already closed them up.

Justice was the only contractor that said there were NO openings. Again more honest. Only 2 rats in the garage were found and because I didn't close up the house roof in time 1 adult rat got in by accident, otherwise there were no rats in the house attic at all. Overall, the honesty and the service was terrific. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh, and their price was excellent. - Jen Lewis

I had Justice pest control do a termite treatment and I had no complaints. Today regular pest treatment was done and the clean-up job was horrible to put it mildly. I have spoken with the office and hopefully, they will correct the problem. Update. The gentleman that did the job at my house came back and corrected the problem. But more importantly, the owner of the company called me to make sure everything was taken care of.

In my opinion, you can't judge a business on how they handle things when it goes good but on how it gets handled when it goes bad. We all make mistakes and I am not blame anyone for that. It is all good how and I will use them again should the need arise.

David has been wonderful throughout our 4 years of using Justice Pest Control. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to answer my questions. He calls before each visit to check on what we need or if there have been any issues since the last visit. I also always appreciate that he is monitoring the weather. If he sees rain forecasted in the near future he calls to see if we would like to reschedule so that we get the most out of our outdoor treatments. Jeremy has been here a few times over the past couple of years. He is very professional and knowledgable. He has been helping us fight off Carpenter ants and his efforts have helped a lot. we appreciate his service and would recommend him to others.

Everyone I spoke to were professional and courteous. The Technician Danny DeSoto that came to our home helped us out as we were not able to be there because of a medical event and so we left the house unlocked for him and he called when he was finished and locked up for us. Rod was courteous and thorough. He came to get rid of our wasp problem, cleared out the wasps in the front (12 nests!) and checked out the back, and checked out a couple of other potential pest problems. He worked quickly and got the job done! Will call Justice again! Services: Wildlife, Hornets or wasps

Just hired them and they were very easy to schedule with, arrived on time, efficient and professional. David called 30 min prior to arriving and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of spraying inside and out and even cleaned the extra wasps nests on outside of house. I recommend!

After using pest control services multiple times in the past 10 years, I was impressed by the professional and courteous service from Justice Pest, from the lady who helped coordinate the service to the two specialists who visited our home. They seemed very honest, and always took time to inform and explain what they were doing, what was next, and answer any questions. Their prices are fair and they got rid of our unwanted guests in an efficient and humane way. I can absolutely recommend them.

I have counted on Justice for about 15 years now. And not only for pests. In 2009,I had a very large Live Oak tree in the front yard of my old house. Mr. Justice came out, made an assessment, and made his treatment recommendations. He said we would know within 24 hours if the treatment was going to work. We live just 1.5 miles from that home and the tree is still thriving to this day. Today (5/2020), David from Justice came out. He was extremely professional, and just a really nice all-around guy. Excellent! 100% recommend Justice.

I can't say enough good things about Justice Pest Services and Caleb. That critter in my attic seemed like an emergency to me, and Caleb came out the very day I called. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Checked for entry points, set a trap with a camera so he'd know when the raccoon took the bait, then came back the next day to escort my visitor to a new home far, far away! I highly recommend them!

David from Justice Pest Services came today to our house right after we moved in, to do a walkthrough and treat for roaches and hornet nests. He went absolutely above and beyond: he was incredibly thorough, walking us around the place and giving us great advice on some issues we had overlooked (and how to prevent them). Then he proceeded to take great care of the place, spraying very thoroughly both indoors and outdoors.

On top of that, he was very friendly and professional. Based on our experience with him we immediately decided to sign up for Justice to be our routine pest control company. Amazing job guys, keep up the good work!

Michael was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about carpenter ants and I appreciated how he took the time to explain their behaviors and levels of threat to different materials used in home construction. Michael is fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about David Cisneros. He was on time and explained everything thoroughly about what the yard would need to get rid of the mosquitoes. He explained what he would be doing and then did it. He said they have a 21 day guarantee and if it rains enough within the 21 days they/he will come back out and treat the yard again free of charge.

The charge was reasonable. So far I have not had another mosquito bite since David treated the yard. Before he treated the yard, I was being eaten up with mosquito bites. Thank you for your great service, David and for being so pleasant to talk to.

Levi was awesome today! He was considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. He noticed some of the runoff from the spray landed on towels and goggles by the pool. He not only told me about it, he removed the towels and goggles and placed them on the table to ensure no one used them before cleaning. Super thoughtful and respectful. We were referred to Justice by our real estate agent. Jake came out to deal with a mouse problem with our garage. Very efficient and helpful and quickly dealt with the issue then and there. Also provided advice on other potential pest issues to expect and ways to deal with them. Very good to deal with, prompt, courteous. Would absolutely recommend!

Jake did a great job! We had a raccoon and newborns that ended up on our roof. He prevented them from getting into the attic. He came back and checked the status of the family until we assume the babies were big enough to leave with the mom. He was amazing in his knowledge and dedication.

Mike from Justice Pest came out after we found a few scorpions in our home- he was awesome! So patient and helped us look for potential entry points, listened and answered all of my crazy questions. We had a problem a couple of months ago with roof rats in our attic (gross but apparently really common in Texas) and Justice Pest was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier with the service we got from Ray. He located 6 possible entry points in the eaves and sealed them up with flashing and then painted the flashing black. Then he laid out traps in both attics.

He came back for 4 times to check the traps, no rats were ever caught. They must have already been out of the attic when he sealed off the roof. I have been back up in the attic twice more since then and no sign of any visitors. I feel confident that he has our house completely sealed now. Great job!

We had a little termite problem and Justice sent their technician Greg to evaluate the situation. He did a very thorough assessment and provided a fairly priced service proposal. On the day of the service, Greg was right on time and did the work very professionally.inside and out. At the completion of service he showed us the entry point, evidence of the infestation and communicated what he did to prevent future problems. Things are all good at our house again!

Above and beyond! That is the only way to describe David at Justice Pest. We had a rat dead in our attic. It was well hidden, but David found it. He then sealed up all the possible entry spots. But the smell did not go away. David came back out within a day and determined another rat was dead. He also determined it was inside a wall. That did not stop David.

He found a way to access the spot and removed the other rat! He did all of this with the best attitude ever! Justice, you better make sure David's happy cause I want him doing my regular service. He's one of the best service people I have ever encountered!

Today Justice send over my stickies by car, wow what service.gee I was shocked that they CALLED ME after seeing my review and saying I was planning to call them over the bug stickies they forgot to give me! How can this be.yes sireee folks highly recommend this business graciously!

We discovered termites swarming from our bathroom ceiling on Good Friday and immediately called three companies with good reviews. Justice Pest Services was the only company that could come out before Monday. Greg was so knowledgeable and confident that we had a hard time taking some of the other companies seriously. On our 3rd bid, the guy found something quite by accident that suggested more termites than we had thought, so we got a few extra bids.

No one else discovered the 2nd location on their own, but even once I pointed it out, some companies were uncertain if that was indeed what it was. Greg from Justice made a second trip to take a look, confirmed it as termites, and established a trail that we hadn't seen even after all the other "experts, " then he offered to spot treat the additional wall at no extra cost! Greg was polite, friendly, confident, and punctual all 3 times he arrived.

Because the cement driller is so noisy, he thoughtfully asked about the baby's nap schedule when planning what order in which to complete his tasks. He worked fast and stayed well past 6 to make sure the job was complete in one day. I got the feeling that he is kind of a workaholic, and he definitely takes a lot of pride in his work and in his expertise.
