We have used this company for many years with no problems until just recently. My normal tech no longer works there and the dad no longer runs the company. I paid to have my house treated, as usual, but this time after 2 weeks none of the pest died, in fact they invited their relatives over to feast on the kool aid that was sprayed. When I called the company to ask for them to come back out, not only was I told that I'd be charged another $80 fee, for more kool aid for the pest to feast on, but I was insulted by Paige, who is among the family of owners, as to why they don't have records of our previous years of treatments. We believe in supporting the small business owner but not when they don't stand behind their work and they treat their customers poorly. Time to move on.
