I was then given ample time to schedule an appointment and with their flexible scheduling I was able to pick a day and time which worked best for me. 3.

They are prompt. The day of the appointment our technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. 4. They are quick and efficient. Our technician wasted no time while he was here. He quickly and efficiently inspected out property and then promptly provided us with the paperwork we needed. 5. They are honest. At the end of our appointment they gave us a receipt of what was inspected and found. They also told us upfront what the cost would be before arrival.
